I was floored at how well the actual appointment and cleaning went. Sure, the five minutes felt like an hour as I held my son down while he whimpered, but Dr. Suzy and the hygienist sang the entire time while my son's nanny and I cheered him on. Afterward, he was rewarded with a balloon and life was good again. The woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly as well- introduced herself. She also helped me verify my out-of-network dental insurance benefits. Personal responsibility goes a long way, people!

I have not received reimbursement from my insurance and now it's my responsibility to call BCBS, sit on hold, wait for a reimbursement check. Hours of my time that should have been handled by the Grins administrative office. If you have money to flush down the toilet - this practice is great. If not - do not recommend.
