There is a beautiful mural when you walk in and also a salt water fish tank. It is extremely clean and welcoming inside: there is a book nook, pac man machine, coloring station, and Etch-a-Sketch in the waiting area. In the rooms, there is a cartoon playing on the ceiling to occupy the kids. After each visit, there is a goodie bag, balloon, and stickers! Our daughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist and leaves each time beaming and proud. Zina at the front desk is ah-mazing. She has been there since the beginning and is always super sweet, personable, and helpful. The hygienists and dentists are professional, friendly and do a thorough job. I recently had my bonds upgraded to veneers on six of my teeth, and the process went very smooth. Dr. Schultz took me in as soon as the veneers came in from the lab (literally called me 30 mins after they arrived!) to switch from my temporaries to the permanents because she knew I had a family party that weekend. After years of dental problems - severe TMJ, repeated fractured teeth, crowns that I would grind out of my mouth in my sleep despite multiple different mouth guards - I decided to try a new dentist and found Dr. Farid. Instead of telling me how we would fix each individual problem that I was having, she told me we needed to change how my mouth works as a whole. I was floored - in all the years of going to numerous dentists, no one had EVER suggested that my mouth could be fixed! She laid out a plan for how we would accomplish this and told me the end result would be teeth that are functional and beautiful. It has been somewhat of a long journey, but right on point with the expectations she set during that first meeting, and I can now say that she came through on her promise and, somehow, more. Now all my crowns and bridge is worn down and has holes because it wasn't cemented correctly. Now I have at least $15,000 worth of dental work to be done. I called the office and left a vm explaining what happened. I used to be a dental assistant. You have to check the bite to make sure it's not hitting other teeth and dental work so this doesn't happen. I never got a call back and now I'm stuck with a big expense.

Dr. Richardson totally and completely gets special needs. Our son has high functioning autism and ADHD. Dr. Richardson talked to myself and my son with kindness, compassion and understanding. She really took her time to get to know Ryan as a person and what his needs might be while having his teeth done under her care. By the time my son had his appointment at the end of the day today, it had already been a very long day dealing with projects from school and keeping on top of things our son needs help with. However, Dr. Richardson was really patient with me as I told her Ryan's long history. She cared. She was like talking to a neighbor or friend. VERY down to earth individual. She knew how to talk to our son to put him at ease with his sensory issues and anxiety. Dr. Richardson was informative regarding dental x-rays and what is going on exactly with our son's teeth. She patiently explained things very thoroughly. She even offered to our son that he could bring a copy of his x-rays after showing them to him. I work thirds and I only got like maybe 1 hour of sleep in between the past 48 hours. I work at a hospital. Anyways, today I was turned away from my appointment because I did not verbally confirm my appointment via phone. I filled out the pre registration and confirmed the appointment four days before hand. During the phone call I received I was sleeping for about 1 hour so I could function and drive to this appointment. Drove about 45 minutes and did not receive any sort of notification that my appointment was cancelled. I've just never heard of such a thing honestly. Seems like a good way to lose business in my opinion. I understand that people are unreliable and you probably have a lot of no shows, but this is a whole new level in my opinion. I confirmed my appointment via email 4 days in advance that I would be there, drove 45 mins to get to this appointment just to be told it was cancelled because I was not available to take a phone call to confirm my appointment two hours in advance. I mean what if someone was unavailable to take said phone call was at work, or in a business meeting, or catching up on sleep like I was what little I could in between shifts. I mean I took time out of my busy schedule to give you my precious time and business but I guess you do not want it anymore. Also, I was told that I received a text to confirm this appointment as well. There is no such text on my phone whatsoever. Just I feel like this was very inconsiderate to the patient, especially those that work in the healthcare field. Such an inconvenience to me personally and I will not be back again. I would not suggest this place to anyone ever. If you would like to have your time wasted be my guest. Such an inconvenience to me and a waste of my time driving all the way there just to be told there is no appointment anymore because I didn't confirm I was going to be there ahead of time?!!! Lost my business is all I can say. Also, there is no business manager?!! How do you run a business without a manager? Who solves disputes in that case? The whole staff, especially Dr. Lunsford and Dr. Acierno are fantastic. Upon my first visit, I met with Dr. Lunsford who is very kind. He stressed the importance of oral health, especially during pregnancy and made sure I kept up with the extra cleanings during pregnancy. Just yesterday, I had to come in for an emergency visit because the porcelain crown came off of one of my molars. I was able to be seen right away that morning, thankfully!
