Its not Willow Festival office any more. Its Smart Dental. I never had any services in that practice but already start receiving bills. Bill came completely blank, saying I must pay $350+. Explanation was its for the service done 1.5 year ago and it was never submitted to my insurances. I asked for details and got 2 emails back: first with some charges and second saying ignore previous email. Sounds like business is out of control. Left hand has no idea what right hand does. Plus they are trying to go far back and submit claims of the previous practice service. I doubt insurance will pay for a year+ unclaimed service. I will not too because when I left Willow Festival practice I asked if I owed anything and answer was - NO. Do not use these practice. I will not. I do not recommend to anyone read more

I usually don't post reviews but I had such an extraordinary experience with my new dentist, Dr. Prompton so I wanted to share... I have been to many dentists in the past but never received this kind of care. Dr. Promton is beyond the best dentist as he is a perfectionist in everything he does. I had a implant where he did the crown for me and it looks gorgeous! I can't even tell which tooth it is! He takes such pride in his work and is so knowledgeable. Besides, he is so easy to talk to and he is so gentle while doing any procedure. Everyone in the office is so pleasant and easy to work with such as billing, scheduling, etc. I highly recommend this practice!!! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!! Dr. Yuriks' office at The Willow Festival Dental in Northbrook, Il was taken over by Dr. Prompton. These people are completely dishonest! The hygienist, whose name is Jenny, deceives people by telling them that they need a deep cleaning and a bunch of other procedures! I recently went there for a cleaning where Jenny administered some sort of Lidocaine causing an allergic reaction! I started choking and barely breathing and she absolutely took no action to help me except to give me some water when I asked for it! The scariest experience of my life at this facility! Just relocated to Chicago and was in need of a new dentist. The staff and assistants were all so friendly and helpful, and immediately made me feel comfortable. Dr. Prompton was very impressive, and paid great attention to the detail for my bridge I needed, making sure it correctly matched the shade of my other teeth, while being shaped so perfectly it was entirely unnoticeable. I didn't want to be their first review....but I've waited quite awhile and at this point I should say something... There's some pros and cons about this place. Curb appeal? It's in a strip mall with ads all over the windows. Inside they are friendly and the place is very high-tech. There are large flat screen tvs in the exam rooms where you can watch tv while you're being worked on and when they take xrays that automatically show up on the tv. They have an online appointment booking system that emails you reminders. That was really cool. However, I came in for a teeth cleaning and xrays. The experience reminded me of going in for an oil change and being told your transmission is about to blow. They tried to convince me that my gums were receeding and my teeth were going to fall out. Really? I brush with a sonicare toothbrush, never have cavities, wear my retainer, use flouride wash yet my teeth are going to fall out? I left SO rattled I got a second opinion which was: ignore them. The facility is great and they are nice but I don't appreciate scaring the patient into purchasing more services. UPDATE: After writing this review, the owner sifted through his files until he figured out who I was and then emailed my personal email address on file and refuted my review using information from my file. Incredibly inappropriate and I looked into the legalities of what he did. read more

My husband and I purchased an Amazon Local coupon for a cleaning at Willow Festival Dental and went in for the X-rays and cleaning yesterday. We had a wonderful experience. The office was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything was very high tech. The digital x-ray machines were very cool and the flat-screen TV in the exam room was nice, too. My husband asked for a copy of his x-rays and they were in his e-mail box before we left the office. The hygienist was gentle with the cleaning and my teeth had that nice, fresh clean feeling afterward. The dentist seemed very professional. If I weren't moving across the country in a few months, I would like to return to their office for teeth cleaning in the future. I left completely satisfied with my visit. Also, we expected them to try to sell us teeth whitening, find a "cavity", offer us things we didn't need, etc... especially since we were there for discount services. They did not try to up-sell or pressure us in any way. (Disclosure: Both of my grandpas and my father-in-law are retired dentists. My mom is a retired dental hygienist. Recently returned to the area and was shopping around for a new dentist, so I went in for a cleaning, X-rays and exam. This place was great! They were extremely professional, explained everything and used the most updated technology. I loved how I got to view my X-rays on the TV as she explained what she saw. They answered all my questions thoroughly and provided a printout for the cost of removing some mercury fillings that I want out. It was much more affordable than I thought so I will likely return to finally get them out. great location too, so you can get lots of other errands run while you're at it. Dread going to dentists and was way overdue with more issues to take care off than would like to admit. In all honestly was embarrassed to even see a dentist how bad things were. Right of the bat felt comfortable. Friendly receptionist and all possible covid precautions taken. Had a fractured nearly gone wisdom extracted. Was shocked how quick procedure went and nearly painless. Very reasonably priced for the extraction and quote for fillings + crown will have to come back for. I love this place! I started with them a few years ago and have since moved to AZ, but still fly home to see them twice a year as my dentist - they are the best! They are the nicest people - everyone from the front desk girl to the lady who cleans your teeth, to the dentist - and all treat you like family. When I get my teeth cleaned, it is with literally no pain at all. They are very clean, calm, and professtional. They explain every little thing before, and during while they're doing something. They also amaze me because every time I go in, they have the most u-to-date, advanced technology and service. They even fly to Scottsdale, AZ every year to take the best classes so they are constantly up-to-date on the dental world and how to serve you. Even with all those advancements each year, they never raise their already super-low prices. I don't know how they can afford to charge so little for the great stuff you get there. 8 or 10 years back I went to this office with a Groupon. I have been going back ever since. Cleanings twice a year, x-rays, two root canals, a crown, a couple fillings. Still going. I recently moved to the area and needed a new Dentist. I saw an offer for Xrays and cleaning and tried them out. What a pleasant surprise! I had the most thorough cleaning ever, and no pain!
