So, it seems via these people or whoever's subconscious and other's behavior they're keeping in them were doing someone else's job by checking driver license whICH I wasn't asked before at dental places or at any healthcare places. Regardless, this place and at the moment current staff is not recommended as they've damaged by lower teeth filling and most importantly weren't gentle about teeth and x-rays. Front desk also asked if the address is my current address not sure why does that matter. there was someone else in the cleaning chair who came out and gave a driver license or insurance card. Not sure but whatever dental work I needed is fully covered under insurance but as they've made someone said something about taking money. some people wanted to pay for dental work while it's all fully covered. I understand that Saturday appointments can be hard to get anywhere, but during the summer it was no problem! After my consultation, it was determined we would try a retainer first to see if that would align my teeth to my liking. If not, we would move forward with braces again. Each visit the staff was friendly and attentive! I nerve waited long for my appointment. With the Drs' skills, I got the results I was looking for with a retainer and only 4 months of treatments!
