A mohs procedure removed the cancer and Dr. Lin put my eye back together. It is amazing how in one week my eye looked great. There were not many patients in the waiting room and I did not see many patients leave the office. This made me curious. Why was the wait so long? Each time we came here, we waited for at least two hours after we checked in for our appointment. Each time, we were punctual. However, I learned that Dr. Joseph wasn't. He himself apologized for the long wait because he arrived to the office late, not 10 min, or even 30 min, but more like an hour or more. Initially, I gave the doctor the benefit of doubt. Things happen. However, this occurred again during the next several appointments. I felt bad for my mom who has Alzheimer's but I managed to help with her restlessness. The staff in the front office were not very friendly or helpful, and could not provide any information as to the long wait I would have given this review a 5 star for Dr. Joseph's knowledge and expertise in this field but I chose to give this medical business a 2 star for the lack of respect and care for the patients.
