He introduced me to the concept of monovision, which basically means wearing a contact lens in one eye for distance and using the other eye for reading. Extremely disappointed…read more I was a loyal customer of this optometrist for over five years, and this is how they chose to treat a long-time customer. I ordered a pair of glasses and was told they would be ready in two weeks. After waiting three weeks, I had to call because no one contacted me. That's when I was told my glasses had been lost in the warehouse. I was told someone would get back to me with an update. No one ever did. I called again and spoke directly with the office manager. I explained how frustrating the situation had been and asked if they could offer any type of discount or courtesy because of the inconvenience. Her response was essentially that there was nothing they could do and that I should just come in and pick up my refund. When I arrived at the office, I wasn't greeted with an apology. No one said, "We're sorry for the inconvenience," or acknowledged the frustration this caused. After more than five years as a loyal customer, that lack of basic customer service was incredibly disappointing. Mistakes happen. Losing an order can happen. But failing to communicate, failing to follow up, showing no empathy, and making no effort to make things right is unacceptable. This experience made it clear that customer loyalty means very little to this office. I have taken my business elsewhere and will never return. I cannot recommend this office based on the way I was treated.

When someone finally approached me, there was still no greeting--just "Can I help you?" said in a very curt tone. I explained that I only needed to replace some lenses. She immediately asked if I had a prescription and, even after I told her it was just for reading, she insisted--very rudely--that I still needed one. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unfriendly, as if I were inconveniencing them. I ended the conversation by saying, "Okay, thanks, bye," because there was no reason to waste any more time there. Customer service was completely lacking. A simple greeting and a respectful tone go a long way, but unfortunately, this place had neither. I'd rather spend my money somewhere like CVS, where you can purchase reading lenses without needing a prescription.

Overall, will most likely be back next year because service was really good.

Upon returning the glasses were done. I was really happy the work was able to be completed on site, rather than having to be sent out Parking is great, the office is always super clean. Over the years this business has really grown from three employees to now over ten. Our three kids who were all under eight, are now adults and since moved away to neighboring city's. All three have remained very loyal to this neighborhood business, they love Dr. Gupta and all the staff. I can't imagine going anywhere else. In fact, Cherie and Sheila have been here for the long haul. That alone speaks high volumes about the overall service provided. I will always recommend any family or friends to come here. Thanks again for taking care of all five of us Truly, Joe & Lisa , K,K, & M H.

I seen Dr Tran and Dr Mendoza, both did a thorough exam and even the office staff were great and efficient. They were pretty busy (which I knew they would be) but it seemed they worked quickly and efficiently. I had a positive experience, Dr Tran really had a good helpful way she treated me. I felt she really cared about me and my eye health and my over all health. Also the prices are pretty competitive and I didn't feel like she nickle and dimed every little thing. I got a thorough exam and I even have a follow up visit. I had an eye issue that she treated and also prescribed antibiotics and I also left with an eye wash. I felt very cared for and I felt so much better after my time with her. Also this Dr has a nice variety of glasses to choose from and the office was clean and organized. Even the bathroom was clean and stocked. The front staff was also friendly and helpful. This is by far the best optometrist experience I have ever had and I been wearing glasses for 40 years. I look forward to coming back and bringing my entire family.
