The color books were broken and the salon itself didn't feel like the cleanest environment. Unfortunately, just three hours after getting my nails done, the polish had already chipped. I called on Wednesday the 12th to see if I could come in and have them fixed. The woman who answered the phone told me I could come in anytime to have them fixed. I went back today, Thursday the 13th, and the receptionist didn't even acknowledge or greet me. Another nail technician eventually looked at my nails, told me to have a seat, and then asked me to come back in 45 minutes to have them fixed. I understand that things happen, but considering how quickly the polish chipped and how I was treated when I came back to have the issue corrected, I'm really disappointed with my experience. I expected much better customer service and quality, especially as a first-time customer.

They do not have all the "key rings" of colors/swatches, you pic your gel color by bottle, and there are a million. So don't hesitate to ask for help. There was friendly conversation with the techs and the other clients. Very friendly and relaxing. It was $50 for a shellac pedicure - no upsells or decisions to make. She spent almost an hour on it - excellent massage - nothing was rushed. If you pay with your card, know that you can only tip in cash. I feel like this is not uncommon - but since other places allow for electronic tip, I wanted to point that out.

He was kind enough to squeeze me in for a dip polish change and I was ecstatic! My nails look fabulous and I was super grateful that they were able to take my walk-in even though they were busy. The lady who did my nails fixed one of my broken thumbs (crisis diverted) and the total for the dip polish pre-tip was $41. She nipped a little too close a couple times and caused minor bleeding. Through the entire dip process she seemed bored and did not appear to be paying attention to her craft.
