On Oct 2, 2019 as I was returning to my car after a dental appointment I noticed yellow paint on the driver's side of my car, from the front to the back, on the tires, and also in the wheel wells, but somehow the custom rims were spared. So now I'm feeling like that cat in the Pepe' Le Pew cartoon that gets striped and doesn't have a clue how it happened. Never knew how stressful that could be until it happened to me. So now I'm panicking because my 2 door, 2011, garage kept, Infiniti G37 with only 27,000 miles on it, is looking a mess. I've had some work done at MiCar before, so I had them in my cell phone contacts. I called them immediately, described my situation, and let them know that I was coming in "hot". Mike met me when I got there, and my only instructions to him were, whatever you have to do, "save the patient, extraordinary measures are authorized". With instructions like that, he could have charged me an arm AND a leg and I would have paid it. But an hour and a half later, he had me straight. The only paint visible was a little amount in the tread of the tires, and my wallet was still happy when I left. Needless to say, I'm a customer for life! read more

I came to MiCar to fix a scratched/bent rim on my car. The insurance I purchased on my new car was supposed to pay for anything within the first 5 years (tire/paint/upholstery/dent/etc). I brought my car here for damage to the rim. Needless to say the insurance policy had me jumping through hoops for months to get this claim covered. MiCar, specifically Vicki, worked with me throughout the entire process. Every time the insurance company wanted some new document, she was able to provide it for them. Long story short, the professionalism and patience that she showed dealing with a company that was just trying to make me give up my claim eventually led to the car finally being fixed and looking great. Thanks to Vicki and MiCar for getting my car fixed and finally getting the insurance company to pay for the policy that I purchased. If you need it fixed right, bring it here. The staff is easy to work with, and the car looks great! read more

I took my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 in to get the front bumper repaired. These guys are incredible the estimate was spot on. They called and kept me informed throughout the entire process. When my repair was delayed waiting for parts they called letting me know instead of leaving me guessing. Everyone I talked was friendly and extremely helpful. Finally the repair itself is beautiful the paint is matched perfectly. My truck has metal flake off white paint which is hard to match but they did it. The parts were aligned so perfectly you can't tell that there was a repair made. It looks just like it did in the showroom. These guys were fantastic. If I ever need any work done in the future (I hope I don't, but if I do) there is only one place I'll ever go and that's MiCar. They have my highest recommendation. If you need work take it to MiCar you won't be sorry you did. Your wallet or insurance company won't be sorry either. read more

I have been dealing with mi car collision center for at least 8 years now and it just keeps getting better. I recently had my 1994 truck worked on at mi car. The paint is the original paint from when I bought it 20 years ago and very faded. All I know is I just wanted the huge dent taken out and didn't care whether it was painted, or painted to match. Not only did they do an amazing job on the dent the color even matched. A lot was promised and even more was delivered. Other places were going to take at least a week. I got the truck back in a matter of a few days. They can take a mangled mess and make it look incredible. When you think its totaled in may not be. But of course thats not always the case but you never know. The owner and his wife put a lot of hours in to make sure everyone is treated fairly, even their employes. Everyone there is pleasant and friendly. read more

It is with great pride and pleasure that I write this review on behalf of Mi Car Collision Center because I have several years of experience dealing with this company. I have had several cars repaired/service at this business and I never cease to be amazed at the quality of work and workmanship. Everyone work together in getting the work done in a timely manner and good planning is evident. The Paint Maintenance is outstanding and their work is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied management will make things right. As long as I can get the quality of work and workmanship that I have always gotten, I will remain a permanently satisfied customer. By the way, they just put the finishing touches on my 2014. I was at Micar today, 7/7/16, to see Mike, the owner. I had a place on my tailgate on my 2009 Toyota Tacoma. He had one of his employees wet sand and buff it. It turned out very nice. Mike took me around on a tour of his collision shop and I was very impressed with how clean the shop was. He has great employees who know what to do with any collision problem or paint problem. They are all professionals. Mike is a very friendly person and a professional. My impression of him and his collision body shop is so good that I will go to him for any car work and recommend that others use him for all there car needs when it comes to body work and paint. read more

We are very disappointed with the work done at the shop. The repairs on our practically brand new car were sloppy and lacked the level of care and precision any customer should expect. We ultimately had to take the car to another body shop to have everything corrected properly. We chose this shop only because they were partnered with our insurance company and had good ratings. We truly wish we had done more research beforehand. The experience made it clear that their quality control needs serious improvement. We hope they take this feedback seriously so future customers don't end up in the same situation. read more

MI CAR COLLISION CENTER Workmanship down to the smallest detail they are exceptional. I have been to their state of the art facility twice, once 3 years ago and again just recently. I was upset about the circumstances of my car being damaged, but I new from my previous visit that everything would be fine. Everyone from the estimator Chris, the owner Mike, their expert painters, and mechanics, all top notch I couldn't be happier with everything they had to do to my car. I would recommend them to anyone. They are a first class company in my book. Brenda Wishart Thanks again Mi Car Collision Center!! read more

I had a great experience with MiCar from start to finish. My F-150 was rear ended on I-64 crossing the High Rise Bridge in Chesapeake by a hit and run driver (not a great experience). My truck was taken to MiCar as it is a preferred shop for Nationwide Insurance, and I now understand why. Tommy stayed in touch with me and explained the process every step of the way. After about a month (as Tommy predicted) my truck was returned in beautiful condition. Workmanship, communication and attention to detail were flawless. Total professionals. read more

PRAISE FOR MICAR COLLISION CENTER I have taken three cars to Micar Collision Center for accident repairs. I can honestly say that I have always been satisfied with their high quality services, and never needed to return my car for more work. This is a family business that has a mission to please and go out of their way to make their customers feel that they have been treated fairly and with the upmost respect. I would never take my vehicles anywhere else for accident repair work. Two thumbs up! for Micar Collision Center. read more

Great experience! I took my classic truck in to have some paint repair done. I chose MiCar because not only are they a collision center but they also handle restoration and custom paint on older vehicles. They were very thorough about meeting my expectations and I was very pleased with the work. Price wise they were right where I expected them to be and it was quite affordable. Remember, when it comes to auto body and paint you get what you pay for. This is no Maco type ouI would highly recommend this shop. read more

I was recommended by insurance to go here to have my car fixed after I ran into a fence. Eric gave me an estimate and explained that there may be move damage that would not be seen until they took the bumper off. I was told it would take three days for the repairs. Everyone at Micar was very friendly and helpful to me. My car was finished in the three days and this is when we had the big snow and they got it to me before the storm got worse. I would remind this place to my friends & family. read more

MiCar went the extra step and told me what I needed (which cost less) than what I came in requesting. This was not an insurance claim, so I really appreciated the detail they provided and the time they took explaining it to me. The paint job on the panels where needed makes my 2014 Xterra look brand new. Dents were taken care of. And they completed the job in less time than estimated. read more

The only thing more amazing than this place would be how amazing my car looks. They are like a fine oiled machine where everything works together! Friendly people with smiling faces. They kept me informed and my car was ready on the estimated time. And they do great work. If you need a Body shop, this is it. MiCar Collision Thanks guys Pat Jenkins read more

The service was incredible. My daughter's 2015 was on the verge of being totaled. But we told Mike that we REALLY needed the car repaired. The MiCar team repaired her car to perfection! You can't tell the car was ever in an accident, much less having sustained almost $8K worth of damage. I HIGHLY recommend MiCar!!! read more

Outstanding quality and friendly, cordial service. I have used MiCar three times and each time I have been amazed at the end product. These people aren't just painters, auto body repairers, or mechanics; they are really artists at what they do. I always insist that my auto insurer allow me to use them. read more

Justin is rude and has a poor personality for customer service. i also overheard him complaining about service members who get a military discount. What kind of person is this. I would take my progressive insurance business anywhere else to not have to deal with this individual. Beware! read more

MiCar's customer service was above and beyond. Replied right away to their online estimates, got my car scheduled for repairs when I needed it and had my car finished days before the estimated time. I would highly recommend them & they are the first people I'll call for car repairs !!! read more

Mike and his team at Micar have always delivered for my family. This time by dealing my sons new truck. Looks beautiful and no doubt it will continue to look fantastic based on my two vehicles that have Breen sealed for several years. Many thanks Mike! You're the best! read more
