Five stars all the way for Executive Collision Center. I didn't really know what to do after my vehicle got bumped from behind. There wasn't a lot of damage and the person that hit me preferred to pay out of pocket and not involve the insurance companies if possible. In the past, I've gone to a few body shops that really weren't interested in small jobs that didn't involve payment from an insurance company. I made a call to my insurance agent and he suggested trying Executive. I called them and was able to get an appointment for an estimate the same day. They were obviously very busy when I arrived but I didn't have to wait long. After a few minutes they went over my car and described in detail what would be done to repair the damage to the rear of my Honda CR-V. After that we returned to the office and they wrote up the estimate. I asked for a second copy and they were happy to oblige me. The following day they phoned me and said the responsible party had contacted them and verified they would be paying for the job. Executive scheduled my vehicle for a few days later. Executive Collision Center is not open on weekends so I used the convenient after hours key drop slot and dropped off my vehicle on a Sunday since my work schedule didn't permit me to drop it off on Monday. I appreciated the timely communication from Executive. They called me regularly to keep me up to date on their progress on my vehicle. On Wednesday they called and told me the work was completed, the bill was taken care of and my vehicle was ready for pick up. I picked it up after work the following day. The process was quick and easy and my vehicle looked absolutely perfect. I was impressed that they gave it a good cleaning inside and out. Throughout my interaction with Executive Collision Center I found the staff pleasant and professional, even fun to talk with. I enjoyed my interaction with every employee I had contact with, it was evident they take great pride in their work and enjoy their jobs. I was thrilled with the work they did on my vehicle and was very impressed with the fast turnaround time. I really appreciate the level of service I received for such a small job that didn't involve an insurance company, they made me feel like a valued customer. I took my truck here in Dec 2021 for an estimate on some minor body work( broken grill, scratch on the hood, scratch on the bumper, a dent on driver side door and a scratch on passenger side door. I made an appointment to drop it off end of January. They told me they would call to reschedule if they didn't have the parts. I dropped it off waited about two weeks and followed up. Told me they were waiting on parts (ugh) . Two weeks later it was "done" When I picked it up the grill was still broken the doors still scratched/dented and they replaced the bumper (for a scratch). I was obviously upset, and they said " we will fix the doors when you bring the truck back for the grill" Dropped it off again at the beginning of March, three weeks later I was told it's done. They still didn't fix the driver side door. 3000$ for car rental and eight weeks in possession of my truck and they couldn't fix all that I asked. They smile and sound friendly but beware. I was involved in a head on car accident with a stolen vehicle that hit & ran. my car was picked up from the scene and was taken here last Friday. Their schedule is 8-5 Monday thru Friday . Today on my only day off this week I go there to gather my things and pay. I was charged $100 more than what I was told on the phone 2 days before I came in and was charged for the weekend , even though they were closed. if they were open I would've been able to get there on the weekend but I was not able to and was charged $50 for it. Employees agreed with me about the situation and was told is was the boss's call. very disappointed in the boss/manager. I would not recommend. everyone else other than the manager/boss was pleasant. however if you want someone to take advantage of you when you're at your lowest , go to him!! read more

Awesome auto body shop that gets the job done. Brought my SUV here after hitting a deer--the front driver's side was pretty dented in, a couple pieces missing above the tire, and my door wouldn't open at all. USAA recommended shop, which was perfect because my grandma had actually used Executive Collision Center once before (after 15 year old me backed her car into a mailbox...whoops) and had a great experience. When I called, I was answered right away and told to bring my vehicle in anytime. When I got there I was helped immediately with super friendly service. My car was ready for pickup a day earlier than projected--despite the fact that they had 40+ cars needing work during this time! They charge a 3% service fee for using a card instead of a check, but were kind enough to waive that for me after a conversation. Checkout was painless and thankfully, there were no surprises for me to deal with. My car looks as good as new. They returned it in great condition, much cleaner than when I dropped it off. Everything is functioning like normal and their replacement of my entire door seems flawless so far. I was especially pleased with the level of service I received as the man helping from start to finish was very helpful and made the entire process so easy for me. Did an exceptional repair on the body from car accident damage highly recommend Executive Collision Center

I was very disappointed with the complete lack of communication. My car was towed there 9/16/22 and finally ended up being reassessed as a total loss 11/16/22. Two full months to decide that my car would be too expensive to fix. I called and called, and left message after message begging for information. When I finally got a chance to call during normal working hours I was told that "parts are on order" and that they "can't get messages left." I called several times and got "someone will call you back" or "parts are on order repeatedly". Several "maybe" dates came and went without my car or any contact about the delay. When they finally said there was more damage and they had to go back to the insurance company it took them over 24 hours to initiate that contact and then they failed to notify me of the outcome. What kind of business has a fake/useless answering machine and can't email, text, call, leave a voice mail or ever, even once contact the car owner? The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because my husband says they did a good job on his car a couple years ago. read more

If you are Military, avoid this place!! Told us they could and would fix our car. fix the car. They have had it 4 weeks without doing ANYTHING! If I hadn't called, who knows how long it would have been before they decided to tell me they would not fix (yes would, not could not fix the car)!!! Don't waste your time going here. They got my vehicle on Aug 28th and I didn't get it back until the end of September. The work wasn't completed and I am still waiting on parts they "ordered" it is now Nov 5 and no word from the shop. The worst experience I've ever had with a body shop. The quality of work was very very poor. I can't believe a company would put their name on and let something like this leave their shop. They used a rusted out door to replace my damaged one. When a body shop uses used parts they are supposed to be inspected first. When there is severe rust such as (bubbles, cancered through) it's automatically supposed to be deemed unusable and the place will bring you another which will get inspected also. ( the inspect until they find a usable one ). You can usually get a good part the first time around very rarely to you receive a bad part but it does happen. I know this because I worked in a body shop for a couple of years. The owners where very unprofessional especially when I raised questions over my concerns about the door, the numerous runs and even painted over paint chips. Instead of saying I'm sorry sir I don't know how this happened or something like that it was the older owner calling me a lying asshole your truck isn't no damn Ferrari that's what you think your going to get. I told him I understand it's not a ferrari but there is a right way and a wrong way to fix a vehicle I just wanted my truck fixed right. This situation went on for a couple of weeks and in the end the did zero to fix what they did wrong. I Had to get my truck and I couldn't afford to be without it anymore. So in the I'm out $1800 and looks like I'll be heading to court to get it back and or repaired the right way somewhere else. read more

I have been sitting in the waiting room for 10 minutes and I have not seen anybody at the location. That garage is closed but the door was unlocked to the waiting room so I came inside. I tried calling and I watched in front of me as the phone rang on the unmanned desk. Not entirely sure if anybody was even at the location.
