As soon as I walked into the office, I was happily greeted by Kristen and another worker. They both were extremely pleasant and personable. I was quoted a service time of about an hour and a half and was offered beverages while I wait, which was a very nice gesture. My state inspection was completed after an hour and a half, just as they quoted me. Kristen was very informative with the things they found during the inspection and with how amazing their customer service was, I would definitely return to get my car serviced with them. I was given a free car freshener once the service was complete and told them I would tell everyone I knew about the exceptional experience I had with their business. When I returned, they replaced only one front rotor under warranty. After a third visit for the same braking noise/vibration, I was told the problem was my rear brakes, even though those had been replaced only three months earlier at another shop. I then went to three independent shops, and all confirmed the real issue was a warped front rotor (the one not replaced the second time I brought it in). This should've been fixed the second or third time I brought it in. Instead they shifted blame to another shop, in which their work was confirmed to be fine. And for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to bring it in multiple times for the same issue. Still after three visits and over $1,300 spent, my issue was still not properly fixed. The only good thing about this experience was that it was under warranty, and another shop was able to fix my brakes properly. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop, and if possible save your time and go elsewhere.

I know for sure her front passenger tire was at 10 cause we tried to fill it up at WAWA but the air wouldn't stay in. I also noticed the lady at the counter putting in numbers before she printed out my paperwork so I asked her what numbers was she putting in and she said the rotor thickness. I said how are you putting numbers in for that when you haven't asked the technician. I said now I'm questioning if any work was done on this car at all cause this paperwork is bogus. So the "manager" was like "so you're not trying to pay for the oil change?" I said I don't trust that the oil change was even done cause this paperwork isn't accurate. So he said well we're now closed so you either pay and leave or we'll call the cops. The cops were called!

They fount that exact same off road tires for $75 less per tire than I found anywhere online. The 4 tires, mounting, balancing, install, and front end alignment happened in 3 hours on the day I first called for an appointment. The people are very friendly and kind. I could not have asked for a better first time experience. The waiting room was full of repeat customers. They also do inspections. I will absolutely go back again. I trust them.
