This restaurant serves some very unique Asian noodle dishes, including dry noodles as well as soups. All of the dishes look really good and the one I tried, the Gyudon Noodles, was outstanding. If you love onions and beef, then this will become your comfort food of choice immediately. I am now obsessed with this restaurant and only wish they were closer.

Signature beef noodle soup $14.99 delicious w/ A kick

The signature beef noodle bowl was very tasty. It came with bok choy and this amazing broth. It was very tasty with a nice kick. This place just opened, so stop by and give it a chance. I think you'll be happily surprised. See you soon

Stopped in for a quick bite before some grandkid's cross country meet. It very clean and neat, with very friendly staff. I've come to believe that if a restaurant's sauces are good... the food is great. That holds true here. Very yummy sauces for the egg rolls, yummy chicken teriyaki noodle bowl with lots of fresh veggies and beef chow mien noodle bowls, also with some good fresh veggies. Great edamame as well. Makes it so I HAVE to return for their tom yum soup noodle bowl!!!

Spicy beef noodle soup

Arrive at noon. They are empty on a Wed. Very clean and spacious restaurant. We order at the counter the Spicy Beef Noodle soup since the server say is the best! Food came was serve to the table in a few minute hot and sizzling. It had some salad leaf on it. Usually just bok choy. The flavor was spicy and numb your tongue. The noodle is perfectly cook. The beef is thin cut. I only have a few pieces but my wife she got a lot and a huge piece. hmmmmmm Will definitely be back to try other items!!!!

Beef noodle soup, while is a simple dish, has a lot of layers of flavors. Mian Fresh Noodle Bar takes these notes and presents them in a wonderful dish. My beef noodle soup reminded me of the street food in Taiwan. They do a good job and the noodles have a QQ texture too and certainly above average. Service is excellent and the lady up front was super friendly and accommodating! The restaurant has a fast casual feel but for some reason I swear one day they could go full service restaurant. This shopping center and area are certainly revitalizing with the introduction of Whole Foods, a sushi restaurant and Chipotle. I want to try the golden beef noodle soup next time and see how it goes. Taste, temperature and spiciness were all very pronounced. Gotta try the other dishes!

Beef noodle soup and Kimchi Sald
Anthony L.

Got the beef noodle soup and Kimchi. Soup was great and had a light Sichuan mouth feel. It was slightly tangy and spiced but very tasty overall. Wish there was a little bit more noodles or veggies but still pretty happy. The kimchi salad was huge. Enough kimchi to feed a family. The kimchi leaned more towards the fermented end versus the fresh style (IYKYK).

Kunpao chicken and noodles. But also not pictured was the wonton in chili oil and fried wontons. Fantastic!

Food was great! The restaurant was clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wish I lived closer but I'll be back next time I'm in ther area.

I love this fresh noodle spot and the prices are very reasonable. My go to is Dan Dan and we've tried most items on the menu. My daughter loves the pork noodle and my son loves the spicy beef. Plenty of seating, bright and new! We frequent this chewy fresh nood spot on the regular! We also order take out

Shrimp fried rice and signature beef noodle soup
Griselda M.

Food was delicious, the shrimp fried rice was really good and has a generous amount of large shrimps. The soup has a good spice to it and the noodles are delicious. The crab cheese wontons were good as well not my fave of the three items we order but still good. Would definitely come back to try other items in their menu. Service was wonderful very attentive if we had questions and if we had enjoyed our food.

I ordered takeout, and before I even got to the food, the customer service stood out. The woman at the front, who I think may be the owner, was so kind and funny. She even walked my bag out from behind the counter to hand it to me personally and sent me off with so much warmth. Small gesture, but it honestly made the experience memorable. Now the food...wow. The Jalapeño Crab Cheese Wontons were packed with flavor and came with the perfect sweet/spicy dipping sauce. The Pork Roti was unreal and officially a must-order for me moving forward. I kept taking bites trying to figure out what ingredient made it taste THAT good. Then the Khao Soi with fried chicken completely sealed the deal. That curry deserves to be bottled and sold in stores. Go support this business. You can taste the care in both the food and the service.

Her top secret weapon (off Ploy's secret menu of course) is the Pineapple Express, an incredibly crispy and delicately fried chicken dish served with jasmine rice. The dining area is small but has a communal sense to it that immediately makes you feel comfortable. Service is fast and dialed in. You truly can't ask for more! This is a great spot to catch up with a friend or make a new one. Not too crowded, but there is a constant stream of, what seem to be, regular customers who have been frequenting this spot in a ritualistic way. I aim to join them after this first visit!

Service was quick to take the order, refill water and clear out empty plates/steamer baskest. The dishes coming out of the kitchen was at a more erratic pace, but it's all about the food. Mapo tofu was good, with a light slick of chili oil. The flavors were spot on with little chunks of fermented salted broad beans. The heat was also moderate, but it did have a kick as you were eating it. That signature mala numbing spiciness started building, but not hot enough for my palate. Green beans were also nice and tender. Sometimes when they come out the fryer, the skin can be a little leathery, but wasn't present here. BBQ Buns were very soft and tender, loaded with BBQ pork. The shao mai had a nice bouncy texture and cooked well. Shrimp Lo Mein had the flavors of the Chinese American classic, it looks like the noodles were hand made too. Only miss was the shrimp dumplings. They were too close to each other and they stuck together. The wrapper was also overcooked, but somehow the shrimp was not. Nearly impossible to pickup with chopsticks, because the wrapped just fell apart, even with a delicate touch. Worth a stop and probably tastiest Chinese food in the neighborhood. It was getting crowded and there was a wait by the time we left. However it was Denver restaurant week, so not sure how it usually is during the week.

The vibe here is of a japanese izakaya, though not a super traditional one, with sake bombs and everything. That said, the food is definitely on the pricier side, though extremely delicious. My typical go to is on of the salad. Now salads typically are not standout at most restaurants, but the ones at Kawa Ni just hits different. Both the red cabbage and pear salad and the brocolli salad are delicious and the portion is massive, easily enough for a table of 4 to share. For apps and shareable entrees, you can't go wrong here. The build your own tuna temaki hand rolls can easily be shared and the tuna is so fresh and well seasoned. The szechuan dumplings are delicious, as is the curry onigiri and the bao bun. The Dan Dan noodle, kimchi Carbonara, and their tonkotsu ramen are also amazing, and, with the exception of the tonkotsu ramen, can easily be shared. I would highly recommend other seasonal dishes as well, such as the coconut swordfish or chicken katsu parm. However, one of my absolute favorite dish here is the ochazuke. It's basically grilled fish over rice in a warm green tea dashi. It's so comforting, especially on a cold night, and a dish that I return to time and time again. Overall, Kawa Ni is an amazing japanese restaurant. Come for the food and just make sure you get a sake bomb and ask for the gong when you do.

Cravings absolutely satisfied…read more We were in CO for the Rocky Mountain Siberian Husky Club specialty and I cannot go anywhere without having some sort of Asian food. That evening, I was craving pho. Pho 92 came recommended and I was immediately drawn to the clear broth in the photos while researching Yelp for Vietnamese food. It was a Thursday evening when we arrived at Pho 92, and the restaurant was packed. It was loud, with staff bustling about and patrons enjoying their meals. The aroma of the pho broth was just as I had hoped for a busy restaurant. We waited approximately 10 min for a table. The staff were pretty efficient and looked to have a good system going for bussing tables. Hailing from CA, I am no stranger to good pho, and this place hit the spot. I'm so glad I decided to get the regular instead of the large, because wow those portion sizes were indeed huge. My husband made the "mistake" of ordering the combination vermicelli bowl, and it came packed with tender proteins and crispy egg rolls. That just meant for some delicious leftovers (that actually reheated perfectly). The pho broth was as clear as I had imagined from looking at other patrons' photos. It still had a good depth of flavor, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had been a long travel day for us, so I didn't want oily soup. (Sometimes I do enjoy rich, oilier pho broth, but not that night.) The pho came with a plethora of herbs, which I of course used all of. Be warned that their chili oil is very spicy, which I accidentally put too much of without first trying (oops). I generally don't go to the same spot twice during a trip, as I enjoy trying out different local businesses, but Pho 92 would have been a spot I'd return to again if we had had the time and if I had wanted pho again. Their menu is huge, so there are plenty of dishes to choose from to satisfy your cravings, whatever those might be for any given day. We will definitely be back the next time we visit CO!

Uncle makes me want to move to Denver! To start the ambiance is really chill and inviting with warm lighting and offers countertop as well as table seating. Our server was amazing and explained the menu well and made some recommendations that did not disappoint. We ordered way to much food but I do not regret that because I got to try so many amazing dishes. Despite ordering so many options they even brought us a chilled tofu dish complimentary (no clue why but not complaining) and it was lovely! We shared the uncle salad (amazing!), thai shrimp, eggplant buns, several different nigiri/aburi nigiri and sashimi and the toro toro and spicy tuna roll. All of the sushi was fresh and had excellent pairing of accompaniments. The only dish that I remember being a miss was the soft shell crab buns. The proportion of bun to interior was off and there was way too much mayo. Everyone got their own ramen which they seemed to love. I ordered the Veggie Khao Soi per our servers recommendation and I am still thinking about it weeks later. It was a curry/ramen mix and had big chunks of trumpet mushrooms in it and the perfect amount of spice that I love.
