I've been coming here for YEARS for my occasional cheat meal when I'm craving a burger and it's been so disappointing my last couple of visits. 05/20/19 at around 7-8PM I received the first burnt burger I have ever seen from a fast food establishment in my life LMAO. I was shocked. What kind of cook do you have in the kitchen? How do you serve this to a customer that paid 10 bucks for a burger? Why didn't you just throw it away and do another?? This only shows me that you simply do not care. One side of the bun was BLACK and the meat was beyond dry. I also asked for extra cheese and of course...came with no cheese. There's a zillion other places I can go to and this last visit proved to me that I need to stop coming here. read more

I went in last night for dinner and just need to point out why I'll probably stick to my regular location moving forward. To begin, as I was ordering one of the employees decided to start sweeping around me, making me navigate around her and her dirt piles as I was just trying to place my order. Upon getting my cup and heading to the drink bar to serve myself a coke, both machines were not working properly and sprayed soda everywhere. You would think as the cashier, you would give your customers a heads up after paying a good price for sodas. Oh, and guess who followed me with her broom to the soda machine?! As I sat down, there was a homeless man in the eating area, who was standing at people's tables making everyone feel uncomfortable. Look, I'm not saying he doesn't belong, but his behavior was making people uneasy, and not one staff member, not even the manager, said anything to him. He's just loitering. Instead, they gave him free fries and a drink, pretty much encouraging his behavior. I'm not paying a premium for burgers and fries to foot his free meal. When the food finally came, my burger was so poorly constructed. All the onions were on one side, all the pickles were on another side, and the patties were just sloppily stacked. To top it off, the fries just tasted stale, like they had been sitting for a long time and then reheated for service. Just a really unpleasant experience at this location and not the standards I expect of Five Guys, when less than 10 minutes south, they deliver spot on 100% of the time. It's clear theres a lack of leadership at this location.

The convenience of being able to have a nice meal every now and then. Regardless of some of the times that they get the meat temperature wrong (we like - medium well) and has to be returned because it's burnt on the outside and completely raw on the inside, we enjoyed the taste. Had to put one star because it wouldn't let me out zero stars!! But on this one occasion, yesterday, never have we experienced this in any restaurant we have ever been to. We were served what we ordered - the medium well Flo steak with baked potato. Looked great, not over or under cooked. My husband takes a piece of meat and tells me that it tastes funny. I ask him to let me smell it and to my displeasure- it smelled rotten!! The server was called and told of the situation (she was very nice and understanding). But the YUCK factor was already in place. Stomach and mouth doesn't want to experience that nasty taste again. Of course we waited for the manager to come and say something. To our surprise - NO ONE came besides the server. Livid is one of the terms I will use. Never have we ever experienced such flaw in a restaurant, very unethical, disrespectful and unprofessional. This is one of the reasons this review is being posted by me. Being honest and truthful, if this restaurant is heading this way - they will not be in business for too long. And of course, we will never return. Bad rotten food and Incompetent Management. There's nothing worse than being served bad food and have no one acknowledge it but the BUCK STOPS here. I went with their recommendation and ordered the sweet Thai chili sandwich combo. The fries were decent. The chicken was very good quality in my opinion. The sandwich was a big size portion. And washed it all down with an Arnold Palmer. It took awhile for the order (about 10 minutes) which kinda defeated the fast food identity of the place but nonetheless. Staff were kind and patient with me as I asked questions. From what I saw inside the place was clean. A bit pricey but considering the quality of the ingredients I say it was worth it.
