I had the most horrific experience with Miami Beach Locksmith. From the start, very unprofessional way of doing business. They never picked up my calls, and when they finally did, their attitude was beyond poor. They over charge and won't send you a receipt. Myself & including my friends who used this company mentioned they had to use a different company because their calls were also ignored when they got locked out of their apt / needed a lock change. I couldn't believe the poor level of customer service. They will tell you they work on weekends but they really don't. They also don't work past 3pm. Do not believe a word they tell you. Once you use them, they will never answer your calls or pick up. They also have a bunch of young 18 year olds working there. Most unprofessional group of people I've ever dealt with. Products are faulty. Used them to replace a gate clicker. The clickers would only last 2 week before completely stop working. Had it replaced 5 times. Staff is clueless. This place will end up costing you money, time, and extreme frustration. read more

I had the annoying misfortune of having to deal with a broken front door lock on new year. Luckily I was able to contact this business which is a couple blocks from my home and they were super fast and courteous. One of the things that I was most pleased with is the card and key system, as the owner of my company I received a key card that has all the combinations to all the keys made for employees and myself to open the doors in my building, it is very comforting to know that the only way a copy of any of my keys can be made is by presenting that key card, so I can rest assure that none of my employs can ever make copies of company keys without my consent because only I have the key card.
