Good experience overall. Very crowded but front-of-house staff kept things moving well so that my husband and I only had to wait a few minutes for a table. Good, friendly service. Salmon Benedict was delicious. Hollandaise needed a little bit more flavor to it but held together. Reasonably priced and large portions. The ambience in the restaurant needs a little work. It's a little dark and loud. The foam insulated ceiling is a little odd.
Inexpensive breakfast. The food came out freakishly fast. I had the Philly cheesesteak which was pretty good. My husband got the corned beef hash eggs Benedict, but the hollandaise sauce had no flavor at all. At least the breakfast potatoes were seasoned well. Decent for a quick and cheap morning meal, but room for improvement.
I really wish we had a breakfast place like this near where we live. There are a few places that call themselves breakfast and lunch diners but most of them are over priced and really bad quality. This place was packed and that was a good sign to us. The parking lot was small and there was guy outside directing people to other areas nearby where we could park. We were seated fast and served quickly. I had a great breakfast burrito and amazing house-made corned beef hash! Perhaps the best I've ever had even fro much ore expensive restaurants. My wife had eggs Benedict which she frequently orders. These were large and pretty and according to her well prepared.
Stephanie was absolutely amazing. She was super super sweet. The location is very cozy. The food was absolutely amazing. We got four meals between four girls and then we got pancakes and French toast to share absolutely was so so so amazing. I would hundred percent recommend this place. The server was absolutely so sweet. Did not judge us of how much fun we are getting lol if you guys ever have the time to come here, I would definitely recommend Stephanie needs a raise by the way
Just had one of the BEST brunch experiences ever at Miams Let me tell you... the French toast? Absolute perfection. Thick, fluffy, perfectly sweet, and somehow melts in your mouth with every bite. I'm still thinking about it. And don't even get me started on the chicken and waffles--crispy, juicy, golden goodness paired with waffles that hit that perfect balance of soft and slightly crisp. Sweet + savory done RIGHT. The sausage was packed with flavor and cooked just right, and the latte? Smooth, rich, and the perfect finishing touch to the whole meal Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The vibe, the food, the drinks--10/10 across the board. If you're even thinking about going... GO. You won't regret it.
Ok, you all know I'm a breakfast freak so let me give you another secret gem. Imagine Stratford in Winston-Salem, there is a little diner on the side of the road. Parking Lot FULL (121 rule) if you don't what that is read my other reviews. Look, this place is always packed, but they amazingly cycle the people through so there is never a really long wait. The food is amazing, the service is outstanding and let me give you one more secret...get the fresh squeezed orange juice! OMG!!
I'm for sure going back for the blueberry hush puppies. Truly, everything was delicious, but the blueberry hush puppies put this meal over the top. They have your traditional breakfast foods and have some fun creative options as well. They get very busy so be sure to go early or be prepared for a wait.
This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and it definitely won't be my last! I really enjoyed both the breakfast and lunch menus, lots of great options. If you're planning to go with a group, this is a nice spot for about 4 or 5 people. It's not a huge space, but the service and food make up for it, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking can be a bit tight, but they had someone outside helping guide you where to park not sure if they do that everyday,, but it was really helpful. I had the biscuits and gravy, and the gravy tasted fresh and flavorful, with great sausage too and over medium eggs, the house potatoes were soo good. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be coming back!
This restaurant is simple amazing. Our server Victoria was nice, friendly and attentative. The food was picture perfect and arrived hot at the table. 10/10 for presentation, and taste. The setting was very laid back, I absolutely enjoyed the fact that the music was not loud it was set at the right volume where you can hear your own conversation. They close at 2:30 unfortunately so if your going make sure you arrive before closing.

We ordered the mimosa flight. It's not worth $12 because the glasses are so small, but good to try multiple flavors at once. Would just order a full glass of raspberry next time. The strawberry syrup didn't mix well, so that one didn't taste good. OJ is classic, and peach was room temp and didn't have a lot of peach flavor. Our entrees were pretty good. I ordered a custom omelette with biscuit and fruit. The fruit was ripe. The biscuit was good with blackberry jelly. And the omelette was delicious. The green peppers were fresh. Could've used a touch more cheese but that's only if I'm being picky. My fiancé ordered the combo of the day. Liked the pancakes (and they are huge), sausage wasn't very good so would want to try the chicken sausage instead, eggs good, and home fries tasty. Had a slight crunch, which was nice, and seasoned well. Overall, the music and vibes were fine. Again, it was crowded, but we could surprisingly hear each other and the music sometimes. Would go back to try more items.

There are 2 things I need to mention for their sake: 1. Please do not spray Windex while people are eating, the ammonia smell is too strong. 2. Your bathroom faucet water is too hot! A small child could burn themselves. I am still rating this restaurant 5 stars, the windex was because someone put dirty hands on the window and it doesn't feel right to count off for an employee caring. The bathroom water being so hot is probably an oversight and definitely not intentional. The staff is really nice!
We went here for lunch and I was very impressed! The chicken Cesar wrap was huge and perfectly toasted and the fruit really was fresh, the strawberries were very sweet. The Shrimp and grits were also delicious. The service was great. The food came out quick and the waitress was very nice. I can't wait to go back and try the breakfast!

Yall. I dream about these sweet potato pancakes. As someone who doesn't typically go for sweet treats at breakfast I was shocked when someone at our table ordered these & I finished them! They're light, nutty, topped with delicious pecans and butter and overall a really nostalgic dish that I can't pass up when we visit. We also love their chorizo Benedict which is a smoky take on the classic Benedict most places serve. PS if there is a wait don't let that deter you, it moves quickly! read more
I absolutely LOVE Miam Breakfast House. Everything I've had here is delicious but unfortunately this visit wasn't the best so I'm updating my review on this most recent visit alone. Maybe the management will read it for some constructive feedback. I went on a Thursday around 10:30am. My mom is going through radiation therapy and was craving the Monte Cristo so we headed there right after her appointment. We had to wait about 15 min to be seated. Not long at all. We ordered and our food came out in about 10-12 min. Super fast on my opinion. Everything looked good at first glance but both our sandwiches were very greasy and mine was still cold in the middle and along the outside. The crust wasn't crispy at all. I know this sandwich is deep fried but I also know it's not usually this soft and also cold still. It's like the fryer oil was not hot enough or they didn't let it fry long enough. We each ate just half so I will put my other half into the air fryer to reheat it and make it crispy how it's supposed to be. I will still be a regular customer of Miam because the food is always delicious. I'll update my review on my next visit. read more

Great service & good food (the side of bacon was plenty and crispy). The create your own omelet was good but needed some salt, however I would rather add than it have too much).The waitress was great and attentive and someone from management also checked on us. The restaurant was very busy with customers (a good sign), but the parking lot is on the small side. Driving behind the building is the only way to exit the lot or get to the other side of the parking lot. We drove up behind another customer who ended up getting help with navigation between parked cars at the back right corner. Personally I think one spot on the corner should be eliminated. read more

I was impressed by my visit to Miam's. The small, unassuming restaurant is clean inside with friendly and quick service, and they offer up some unique offerings! I would recommend the goat cheese pesto grits especially! That came out perfect temperature and texture with awesome flavor! The chorizo Benedict worked out well too, but the eggs and fries on the breakfast plate were pretty mid. The blueberry hush puppies reminded me of a dish you'd get at a fair. It was tasty but not like what I would expect a hush puppy to be. Worth a stop for a traditional level breakfast or a unique brunch option, depending on your mood. read more

I was looking for a new place to have breakfast and upon perusing the menu, the idea of goat cheese and pesto grits got me really excited. And I was so right to come here! The goat cheese and pesto grits were a huge portion for $3.50 and incredibly delicious. I also had the crab cake Benedict, which also has fried green tomato on it. This was also very delicious and well made. The home fries that came with it were fine but skippable. Highly recommend this sweet little place for a try! Great quality food and my server was incredibly attentive and sweet. read more

I wish I could say this was a pleasant experience but unfortunately I can not. Ok the coffee was good. Service: The waitress seem more happy with not having to write anything down then service. Food: The hashbrown were like those dried potatoes string you get in a can. Cold, dry and absolutely no flavor. The biscuit foe the sandwich was so dry you could have choked on it. It crumbled when you picked it up. I am a big yelper and look up reviews to try new places with excitement. This was not one of them. Flip side the coffee was good. read more
First time here - came for the Monte Christo - was not disappointed. Service is great - waitress was attentive and sweet. Service was great - they clean as they go and this place is a well oiled machine. Get here before 9:30 if you don't want to wait. If you can't park probably too busy to wait. Apparently, I'm addicted to Miam and I'm dragging friends with me! I went with one friend on 11/7 and another friend on 11/12. We were sitting there making plans for December and my friend said she wanted to come back to Miam. Fine with me! So far I've had the Blueberry Muffin & Egg Plate with my choices of over medium eggs, grits, bacon and the blueberry muffin. I mistakenly added a biscuit but it only added $1.25, it was split and grilled and really...is there such a thing as too much bread? That's a rhetorical question because it's a resounding NO. That blueberry muffin was pure mouth joy! It was tender had juicy blueberries a sugared top then split top to bottom and griddled. I mean come on! It didn't even need butter! Now, about the grits because I'm very picky about my grits. I usually have to add butter and then salt, eat a layer, more butter and salt and repeat. Not at Miam. They are were so creamy and perfectly buttered and salted before they came to the table. Use a spoon because you won't want to leave any. My friend got the Delicious Scramble and said it was aptly named. My next visit I got the Combo of the Day. That name sounds like a special but it's a regular menu item. My choices were two scrambled eggs, those heavenly grits, the house-made chicken sausage (like kielbasa and totally worth the $2 up charge) and french toast. I was expecting one piece of french toast made with standard white bread. Nope! TWO pieces of Challah, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside with real butter, a dusting of powdered sugar and a side of warm syrup. It was FANTASTIC! My friend got the Bananas Foster French Toast and said it was wonderful! All Staff are friendly and the table service has been excellent, coffee and water refills were steady. I can't wait to go back in December! read more

This place was a good stop for a quick bite to eat. I enjoyed the bacon, eggs, and grits. I tried the corn beef hash but I wasn't really a fan. My server had great customer service. The restaurant was busy so that means they have a well-rounded menu. The energy was high and it reminds you of a great diner with the nice decor. read more

We stopped here for a quick breakfast on our way out of town. It looked super busy on the outside but we were about to be seated within 5-10 minutes. Parking was a little tricky but you can go to the building next door and park there if it is full. The building was a little bit noisy but nothing too crazy! Service was incredibly quick! We ordered and had our food writhing 10-15 minutes of sitting down. Food came out hot and was absolutely delicious. It was a perfect dinner style breakfast. We will be back! read more
