Omelet with side of bacon.
Regina K.

Great service & good food (the side of bacon was plenty and crispy). The create your own omelet was good but needed some salt, however I would rather add than it have too much). The waitress was great and attentive and someone from management also checked on us. The restaurant was very busy with customers (a good sign), but the parking lot is on the small side. Driving behind the building is the only way to exit the lot or get to the other side of the parking lot. We drove up behind another customer who ended up getting help with navigation between parked cars at the back right corner. Personally I think one spot on the corner should be eliminated.

This restaurant is simple amazing. Our server Victoria was nice, friendly and attentative. The food was picture perfect and arrived hot at the table. 10/10 for presentation, and taste. The setting was very laid back, I absolutely enjoyed the fact that the music was not loud it was set at the right volume where you can hear your own conversation. They close at 2:30 unfortunately so if your going make sure you arrive before closing.

Parking lot is small, but they can seat a lot of people. Food was delicious and service was great too.

Ok, you all know I'm a breakfast freak so let me give you another secret gem. Imagine Stratford in Winston-Salem, there is a little diner on the side of the road. Parking Lot FULL (121 rule) if you don't what that is read my other reviews. Look, this place is always packed, but they amazingly cycle the people through so there is never a really long wait. The food is amazing, the service is outstanding and let me give you one more secret...get the fresh squeezed orange juice! OMG!!

Chicken Cesar Wrap

We went here for lunch and I was very impressed! The chicken Cesar wrap was huge and perfectly toasted and the fruit really was fresh, the strawberries were very sweet. The Shrimp and grits were also delicious. The service was great. The food came out quick and the waitress was very nice. I can't wait to go back and try the breakfast!

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and it definitely won't be my last! I really enjoyed both the breakfast and lunch menus, lots of great options. If you're planning to go with a group, this is a nice spot for about 4 or 5 people. It's not a huge space, but the service and food make up for it, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking can be a bit tight, but they had someone outside helping guide you where to park not sure if they do that everyday,, but it was really helpful. I had the biscuits and gravy, and the gravy tasted fresh and flavorful, with great sausage too and over medium eggs, the house potatoes were soo good. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be coming back!

This is a busy little place! We were greeted as soon as we entered by friendly staff. Breakfast was really good, the French toast was the best I have had in a long time!!! The eggs were fresh and hot. The sausage was not the frozen patties everyone else serves. You can tell that they want a clean restaurant and that's nice too. There are 2 things I need to mention for their sake: 1. Please do not spray Windex while people are eating, the ammonia smell is too strong. 2. Your bathroom faucet water is too hot! A small child could burn themselves. I am still rating this restaurant 5 stars, the windex was because someone put dirty hands on the window and it doesn't feel right to count off for an employee caring. The bathroom water being so hot is probably an oversight and definitely not intentional. The staff is really nice!

Cheesesteak

This former Cagneys location was our favorite because of the cool shredded hash browns. I was hoping they would still have them and they do! The menu is full of delicious and some really unique options. I absolutely love that when a restaurant isn't afraid to veer off the path of the usual offerings to bring something truly special to guests. The service is just as friendly as ever. We always get attentive service and the food is always fresh and hot. The Monte Cristo has become a favorite. Not many places make it the correct way with battering and deep frying the whole sandwich. It's delicious and my only wish is that it had a bit more meat and cheese on it. The ambiance is super casual so no need to worry there. It's a breakfast place after all. I recently went and tried lunch there and they have some really good burgers and sandwiches. My mom got the Avocado Burger and I got a Philly cheesesteak. The burger was huge and served super hot and fresh alongside the super hot and crispy fries. The cheesesteak was equally hot and fresh with melty white provolone (or was it mozzarella?) that gave me a perfect cheese pull at the first bite. Just because it says Breakfast on the sign don't sleep on the lunch options here.

The Miam in Greensboro on Lawndale is just as delicious as the Winston location. I was so glad we got out our own location and it did not disappoint! The vibe is chill with excellent service. I can't wait to return!

Good quick breakfast and value for money. I came last week and ordered a coffee and veggie omelet. Nice portions, fast service, casual atmosphere. Would return for a no frills and enjoyable meal. @azfitfoodfun

Blueberry Muffin Plate Breakfast
Justin F.

I was impressed by my visit to Miam's. The small, unassuming restaurant is clean inside with friendly and quick service, and they offer up some unique offerings! I would recommend the goat cheese pesto grits especially! That came out perfect temperature and texture with awesome flavor! The chorizo Benedict worked out well too, but the eggs and fries on the breakfast plate were pretty mid. The blueberry hush puppies reminded me of a dish you'd get at a fair. It was tasty but not like what I would expect a hush puppy to be. Worth a stop for a traditional level breakfast or a unique brunch option, depending on your mood.

Food is delicious, we loved everything we order, the place is so cute, and their staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Crab Cake Benedict Breakfast

I was looking for a new place to have breakfast and upon perusing the menu, the idea of goat cheese and pesto grits got me really excited. And I was so right to come here! The goat cheese and pesto grits were a huge portion for $3.50 and incredibly delicious. I also had the crab cake Benedict, which also has fried green tomato on it. This was also very delicious and well made. The home fries that came with it were fine but skippable. Highly recommend this sweet little place for a try! Great quality food and my server was incredibly attentive and sweet.

I ordered food all three times and each time the taste seemed to have improved. The first time I got the Caprese and it was very dry. It literally had three ingredients in it, I think the cheese just was too cold and didn't do it for me while on the contrary, the sourdough bread was very burnt and the entire sandwich was just very dry and disappointing. If you want a good safe option, the short rib melt Is really good. The drinks at the bar are also really good. I will also note the ambiance is amazing, I love the way they decorated everything and I feel like it's really fitting for such a historical place, everything seemed very niche and clean which I admired. I will say the service from Lauren Stone was amazing. She was great, she was very kind and held conversation with myself and my boyfriend and recommended and made some really good drinks. The service is really what tops the overall experience. If someone is very genuine and upfront, there's not much that they can't come back from. There's lots of redeeming qualities in a restaurant through people that have humility and really seem to care in my book so I will say this place is honestly a must try.

The ambience is clean, cozy and dimly lit. We were one of about 7 to 8 tables present in a restaurant, with only one server working. Even then, we were promptly serviced, and didn't have to wait a long time at all for our food Altogether, we ended up ordering one order of shrimp egg rolls, one order of veggie egg rolls, one order of shrimp summer rolls, two beef and meatball pho, one combination pho, and one chicken pho. Everything was brought out piping hot, and of course, the pho herbs, condiments, and veggies were super fresh and served in abundance The eggrolls all came out hot and fresh. The wrappers were perfectly crispy on the outside, and the filling was fresh on the inside. I did not taste the summer rolls, but everyone said they were excellent. I personally had the combination pho and wish it had a little bit more meat. I would say the amount was less than at other Vietnamese restaurants, but overall it was still really delicious and filling. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the broth was perfectly seasoned. The total for the table was only $75, which I felt was reasonable for four people and the amount of food we received. Overall, a solid Vietnamese restaurant in Winston. I look forward to returning in the future.

I really wish Winston Salem had a great Banh Mi available. There are some good Pho restaurants but…read morethey don't serve Banh Mi usually and when they do it's not quite the authentic version I'm looking for. I had the Banh Mi at What Da Pho in the past and remember it was good so that's what I ordered this time. Additionally we ordered crab wontons and summer rolls. The restaurant is a little hidden but if you park in the parking structure adjacent to the restaurant it's super easy to get inside. First impressions are it's quiet- no music in the dining room, and the decor is sort of an afterthought with scotch tape holding LED lights to the walls and some Asian inspired pictures but not very well thought out. It's Ok, I'm not coming for the decor. The service is a little lacking. They are giving the bare minimum here so don't expect your server to be too friendly. The crab wontons and summer rolls arrived quickly. The crab wontons were super hot and crispy right from the deep fryer. They were filled with a delicious imitation crab and cream cheese mixture and when dipped in the sweet chili sauce they were exactly the thing I was craving. The summer rolls were equally as fresh and delicious. The filling of cold rice noodles, crisp lettuce and shrimp then dipped in the accompanying peanut sauce was just as delicious. We ordered one pork and one beef Banh Mi. The first thing I noticed was how plentiful the meat was in each one. Usually it's a light sandwich but these were very hefty in comparison to others I've had. My meat was very savory and had a very tender texture, almost like pot roast. It was also the juiciest pork I've ever had in a Banh mi. The picked vegetables were also really good but both our sandwiches were missing the jalapeno I've come to expect. My husband really enjoyed his beef one as well but we both noticed how the bread lacked that crusty flaky quality that Vietnamese baguettes normally have. This was more of a sub roll with a chewy texture and softer crust. The flavors were great, I just missed the textures I have come to expect in an authentic Banh mi. Our spot in Greensboro will still be my favorite but when I don't want to trek out that far, I can get my fix at What Da Pho.

The pimento cheese sandwich was tasty but really hard to eat (the cheese pours out of it). We had their pasta, the duck sandwich (again. It was ok.
