What's amazing is that they have over 50 scents to sniff out. It takes awhile and there are a bunch of really cool and unique scents such as Fruit Loops, gun powder, marijuana, leather, pink sands, clothesline, creme brulee, fruit loops, honey crisp, and rain. The employees are helpful with suggesting combinations once you write down your favorite scents. I decided to get hand soap and the perfume roller. The scents are quite amazing but they are quite ephemeral. After reviewing everything, I realized that they lied about the prices. I got overcharged $11 so I'm pretty upset by being lied to and overcharged by a lot.

I did check the website over the weekend for any updates prior to visiting but there was none. I went in today and the manager stated that as of yesterday the 29th, they received notification from corporate that they no longer participate in the recycling program and that anything that I wished to recycle will need to be mailed through corporate or TerraCycle (the recycling program). She still graciously accepted my items that I brought in as I tried to turn them in a couple of months ago but was turned away. I am very disappointed about this service being discontinued. It was a fantastic program that had positive environmental effects, ie: reusing items that can be salvaged instead of going to the landfill. I am still keeping this a 5 star review as the manager was very nice and accepted my items without issue.

I must say that the diffuser didn't work at all.... I had it in my car for so long and no smell came out of it so it was a completely defective product that was a complete waste of money. At least the perfume rollers work. You get 10ml for $18 and the scents aren't very strong if that's what you're looking for but they are indeed nice. I'd definitely suggest better customer service (both in-person and online) and to only sell products that actually work.

Overall, the process took about an hour, and depending on what you make, you'll have to come back after 3 -4 hours to pick up your items. When we came back around late noon, it was packed, so I definitely don't recommend coming at that time. Definitely go early in the morning or maybe a couple hours before they close.
