They are still manufacturing our plaques today. When covid hit in 2020, our banquet was cancelled and again in 2021. In 2020, we had a special request due to one of our inductees being 91 years old and in poor health. The ASF Board contacted Lane Award Manufacturing with a special request to make one plaque for our 91-year-old. They immediately stepped up and made her plaque. In just a couple of weeks, she was presented her Arizona Softball Hall of Fame plaque at home with her family. It was a wonderful celebration. That is going the extra mile. Lane Award Manufacturing have always met our expectations and many times exceeded our expectations. Lane Award Manufacturing is a 5-star company.

When I went in to pick up my decal on Saturday 4/ 28 Tammy & Christine were BOTH working & greeted me so nicely. We fell in love with " Luv My Bling" which again is a custom Rhinestone Design store and an adorable retail shop. Tammy has such great style, the items she carries in her store cater to everyone's wants & needs ( or wish lists). LOL It's "for sure", our kinda store! We found the prices reasonable and the customer service "top notch". In our experience it's almost as if your treated like family here! They really want to get to know their customers on a first name bases! It won't be long until we frequent again . They get the work done fast and go above and beyond our expectations. My parents have been in need of assistance with cleanups at their home for many years and what has taken us kids years to get done took them 1 afternoon. Very affordable and honest hard-working group. There was one instance where my mom thought she needed some work done in her addition and they actually saved her money by offering her an option that she hadn't considered, they could very easily have taken advantage of her and provided services she didn't need. We used them in our own home too for duct cleaning and unlike other contractors we had in our house at the time, they cleaned up after themselves and it was like they were never there, except the ducts were clean of course.
