I have reached out to the store by phone and e-mail with questions, and often find myself working with Derek (manager) or one of his team members. While I don't work or live in Tempe, I find myself in Tempe quite often with work meetings. Whenever I pick up items, the staff will walk me through everything I have ordered to ensure that I am satisfied with the items. This past year, I needed to buy paperweights for a non-profit organization, and I learned that they had a limited supply of excess acrylic paperweights in various colors including graving. Most of my communication typically takes place via email, providing names and details for each award. There was one year that the dimensions of the plaques were wrong and they sent out only name plates, but once I was aware of the issue the business was quick to correct and did not charge me again to re-ship the plaques to the various recipients. ' Once the order has been completed, I usually just have to call to connect with someone in billing to process my payment. I wish they had a better and more secure option to process online since sometimes I will have to play a little phone tag, calling from a different time zone and spending much of my days on conference calls.
