But from the moment I left, Lily made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Lily followed Butters' routine PERFECTLY, was incredibly sweet and professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire stay with thoughtful texts, videos, and pictures. It meant so much knowing Butters was not only being well taken care of, but genuinely loved and treated like her own. I am officially a huge fan of Pick of the Litter and would recommend Lily to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their furry loved one. I really appreciate the pride and care Pick of the Litter puts into choosing the people who look after our little loved ones. We will absolutely be back!

Susie is very loving and responsible. My dogs adore her! We typically book her for live-in stays, but on occasion we also use her for drop in care. I always receive updates with photos and my dogs always appear relaxed and happy. It makes such a difference having the same person care for my pets, and gives me so much peace of mind. Lisa, the owner, is in tune with all her caregivers. Recently, our flight kept getting delayed and we ended up having to ask Susie to stay longer than anticipated. Once we landed, I let Susie know she could leave as we would be home soon. Before we got home I received an email from Lisa asking me to let her know we made it home so as our dogs were not left without care in the event something delayed us further. We had used other sitters before we found Pick of the Litter, and nothing compares to the care and communication we receive from them. I highly recommend!

He sent pictures and notes each time to let us know everyone was eating, and doing alright. He left everything clean and neat with happy campers all around. How would they know what to do if they had never been to my apartment before? Randy (the owner) came to my apartment before the first visit and took copious notes about what to do. He asked that I buy a lock box on Amazon and place it somewhere in the garage of my building with my keys inside for the pet sitter. I'm used to giving my keys to my pet sitters, but this is actually pretty convenient because it means that I can get my key back right away when I come home. There have been a couple pet sitters who have been to my place, but Anna has been there the most. All of them post updates with photos that appear on the app that you can download on your smartphone (you also get an email copy of this as well). I feel like Anna has really gotten to know my kitty and I appreciate that she really seems to enjoy spending time with her. The other convenient thing about this pet sitter is that you can request the dates of your pet sits online and also you can pay for them with credit card afterwards.

They go out of their way to care for her, leave treats for her to find to keep her occupied when they leave, leave me detailed notes if they notice something...I trust them 100%. I know that if something were to happen in an emergency, I could call Margie to help me figure out care for my dog. I needed a dog walker and that's when I found Absolute Pet Care, owner Renae. I was worried about finding somebody whom I could absolutely trust with my two boys. Renae was my first call in my last call, from our conversation and meeting - I knew I had the best person for the job, I hired her that day. About Renae ? she is very reliable, honest and trustworthy. My boys who are pretty active and can be difficult to control, absolutely love her, she has been great! Gigi was SO amazing! Our cats were calmer and completely settled into their new home despite us only being together for 5 days before we left. I don't think that amazing level of calm and happiness could have happened without Gigi. We already planned 4 more trips with her and I know the boys are looking forward to spending time with her. First off, I'd like to say that the thought of leaving our pets at home while we went on vacation…read morewas extremely stressful. But once we met John and Shauna, the owners, we quickly realized our fur babies were in the best hands possible. They were not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly professional. If you're a pet owner looking for a true 10-out-of-10 service, this is the company. Our pet sitter, Karen, was nothing short of amazing--so loving, so attentive, and so patient with our very needy black cat, Jax. She didn't just stop by; she stayed, hung out, and genuinely spent time with him. And even though our gray cat, Dolce, didn't come out very much, she was just as incredible in caring for her and making sure she felt safe and comfortable. Wow... just wow! We were floored by her love for animals. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking such great care of the fur babies we love dearly. I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone. And honestly, anyone leaving anything less than a five-star review? Shame on you! These people love animals and treat your pets as if they were their own. Amazing, amazing, amazing! I brought in her vaccination records, they got everything taken care of, and took her right back. They even fed her while she was there. The best review honestly came from Moose herself. When I picked her up after the first day, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly had a great time. When we came back the second morning, as soon as she realized where we were, her tail started going like crazy and she walked right up to the staff. That immediately made me feel good about leaving her again. Both days she came back to us happy and completely relaxed. Even my son looked at her and said, "she must've had a really good time, she's smiling" Finding a place you feel comfortable leaving your dog when you're traveling can be stressful, and they made it incredibly easy.
