She didn't just stop by; she stayed, hung out, and genuinely spent time with him. And even though our gray cat, Dolce, didn't come out very much, she was just as incredible in caring for her and making sure she felt safe and comfortable. Wow... just wow! (I contacted them a year or two ago when we were considering using them. We didn't end up needing them, but when we tried them last week when we finally did, John did not decide to call us back.) They were very understanding in how soon we needed to board our dogs. The meet and greet was great, the owner was so knowledgeable and put our minds at ease in terms of leaving our dogs there. The staff were extremely friendly as well. Second, they were able to give both my dogs their medications while they stayed. They also have an Instagram that they update frequently so we could check in on our babies. I usually get a lot of anxiety when I leave my dogs anywhere new, but I felt relatively at ease with my dogs here. I will definitely have my dogs stay again for daycare or boarding and will likely look into the training program as well.

How would they know what to do if they had never been to my apartment before? Randy (the owner) came to my apartment before the first visit and took copious notes about what to do. He asked that I buy a lock box on Amazon and place it somewhere in the garage of my building with my keys inside for the pet sitter. I'm used to giving my keys to my pet sitters, but this is actually pretty convenient because it means that I can get my key back right away when I come home. There have been a couple pet sitters who have been to my place, but Anna has been there the most. All of them post updates with photos that appear on the app that you can download on your smartphone (you also get an email copy of this as well). I feel like Anna has really gotten to know my kitty and I appreciate that she really seems to enjoy spending time with her. The other convenient thing about this pet sitter is that you can request the dates of your pet sits online and also you can pay for them with credit card afterwards.

The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring--our experience in person was excellent. However, I have a serious issue with their website, which is NOT user friendly. Here are the main problems: You cannot book grooming appointments directly on the site at all. The system does not allow you to update your primary location. When you try to change it, the site says it "saved" the update, but it immediately reverts to the previous location as if nothing happened. There is no normal login process for the customer portal. Every single time you want to access it, even after entering your credentials, the system sends a new email link that you have to click to get in. These website issues make what should be a convenient service feel frustrating and outdated. I really hope they improve the online experience soon because the in-person care is top-notch.
