Located in Scottsdale Quarter, CC Patio provides custom made outdoor furniture that you design for yourself . . . you choose your piece, the size, frame color, fabric, etc; they claim they will make/modify it however you'd like. While never busy during our numerous visits to ensure we chose the right pieces for our space and settled on a fabric we would continue to love, the showroom staff was not consistently friendly. I often felt as if we were asking too many questions or were taking time away from other tasks they would rather be doing. But perhaps this is because they sell large quantities to commercial businesses (I've seen their furniture at many restaurants around town) which don't require the same personal experience. Some team members (Liesl, Jasmine, Allison) were very friendly, helpful and courteous while others simply seemed aloof. We experienced a few hiccups when arranging for someone to reinforce our covered patio ceiling so we could hang a swing, and we had trouble with response time from someone they recommended to us, but in the end it all worked out. I was surprised that our designer never followed up with us to see how we liked the final product since we never actually saw the fabric on the frame prior to delivery (a rendering with design choices was provided). That was a final big miss, in my opinion.

The fabric was no longer available, but they were very helpful in choosing a fabric that would compliment the original fabric we used for the rest of the furniture. Very disappointing experience with Kreiss. I purchased a sofa based on a fabric swatch that was…read moreclearly a darker color. I specifically told the salesperson I needed a dark sofa because I have a black cat. When the sofa was delivered, it was noticeably lighter than the swatch used to sell it. When I raised the issue and provided a photo , Kreiss first said the swatch was positioned differently in the weave. After I provided more photos showing the same discrepancy from multiple angles, they said the difference was just "normal dye lot variation." The contract also contains extensive fine-print terms that appear to limit customer protections and discourage refusing delivery--none of which were explained during the purchase. When I tried to raise the issue and withheld the remaining balance to encourage a discussion, I was told I should have requested an "approval cutting" and was threatened with legal action and attorneys' fees. There were also delivery delays and poor communication despite my requests for advance notice. I ultimately paid the balance, but I'm now stuck with an expensive sofa that does not match the swatch used during the sale. Based on my experience, buyers should review Kreiss's contract terms very carefully before purchasing.

I wanted to get the sofa also but wanted to first see how well I liked the chair prior to getting more. I paid the deposit and a few weeks ago I received the call to come in and pay the balance. After that first call, I went to their shop in person with a few drawers from my set. What a fun funky place packed full of great furniture! Everyone was helpful and friendly. They picked the furniture right up and had in ready sooner than expected. Great quality and price!
