    Fajita burrito

The food was amazing! Their guacamole was fantastic, probably the best I've ever eaten. The shrimp taco and beef taco was equally delicious. Our server was very nice and did a great job. The restaurant was clean and very fresh looking. We will definitely be back!

Stumbled upon this place as another restaurant we were going to was closed. Not sure what exactly it is as you walk into a small market and then there are what looks like buffet style areas. We were sat quickly and our server was friendly. Chips were good and salsa was okay. We got the pollo con arroz and chicken and pasta (don't judge). Not sure what the queso was as it wasn't the typical queso I'm use to at Mexican restaurants, but it was good nonetheless. Music was blaring and it has the setup for a pretty good music/dance hall.

Receipt should t have been to go. Should have been for dine in.

The food was great. The service was confusing. I was expecting the property to have the salad/sauce bar but that has been removed. I have no idea if your supposed to be sat as the sign said. In the past you stood at the counter and we all ordered there and paid then. The cooler is loved to the exit and now a hostess stands is there. I came in to order food and sit down and eat but I was given a pager as in the most but was for a to go order. I didn't want a to go. Ever try to cut a burrito verse filled with pork in a styrofoam container and plastic silverware? I took silverware which you used to get from the bar. No bartender on duty and the whatever her turtle is at the front register, Samia, was pulled in too many directions. I was jut left confused and sort of lost. Unused to love this place the way it was. Change is sometimes a good thing but for me it didn't help. Looks nice but just so disorganized tonight. Looks great inside. But the was a better experience prior to the interior revamp to me.

    Tacos Burrias ....amazing!

Chris greeted us immediately. From the moment we stepped inside , we had an excellent experience. The food is AMAZING! The music is awesome! The ambiance is so unique and welcoming This is definitely one of my new favorites for Destin.

    Table side tomatillo salsa

Stale chips, barely give you salsa. We ordered the table side tomatillo salsa. It was so bad that I vomited in the restaurant. My steak taco was cold. My husband did not get what he ordered. My grandparents are from Mexico so I know good Mexican cuisine. This was not unfortunately. I do hope it gets better for everyone who is employed by them and they prosper. Best of luck. Service was average Ambiance is quaint. I will be back to see what they offer in their supermarket section.

Really yummy tacos they have all kinds to choose from. I got the shrimp tacos and they have a Baja style flair to them. I also got an horchata and my significant other got the birria tacos and the carne asada tacos. His favorite were the birria. They have a small condiment bar and a pretty wide range of market items. There is a small bar and a pretty large kitchen. It was clean and not very busy. The cashier was friendly but I would suggest having two people run the register since there is one side for the market and one side for the taqueria. There was no language barriers from the staff both Spanish and English speakers are welcome. We will be back to try one of everything on the menu. *New renovation for seating !!! Much better than the old chairs forsure !!!! My new favorite is the Shrimp burrito it was delicious! Pro tip: get the queso Caveat: the queso dip only comes as a small might want to get two.

Frozen patron mango margarita! Five stars!

The food was delicious! I had the shrimp and octopus ceviche tostadas, my friend had the blackened salmon plate, another person had the fried chicken with fried green bananas, a giant burrito, and the chicken and shrimp fajitas. It was enough food for 10 people, and there were only six of us! It was so fresh and delicious! The drinks were also amazing. I highly recommend the mango patron, frozen drink served in a patron bottle! I split it with a friend lol! it is a nicely decorated restaurant, with authentic decor! I would give it five stars if the service had been a little faster.

They had hair in my cousins pizza

The food was shit and the bathroom was nasty and everything was wrong and the food was cold Birria Tacos was dry Quesadillas was wrong

Don't be alarmed by the Golden Coral feel when you walk in as the food is top-notch and very authentic. We like sitting at the bar and watching the drinks being made, as well as eating there and chatting with Herman. They have amazing chips, the kind you don't see often, made with flour tortillas in-house! They have the regular corn variety as well if that's what you like. Lots of options for every budget, whether it be tacos, fajitas, tortas, platters, or the large molcajete plate (which is so incredibly filling and delicious). A condiment/salsa bar with salsas, jalapenos, cilantro, onion, pickled veggies, etc. But don't just pay your bill and leave, oh no! You MUST go to the back of the store for the market/taqueria where they have everything you could imagine including a butcher counter with various meats and cheeses, prepared fajita meat, etc. A frozen section, fresh vegetables, canned goods, etc. They even have beer to go at the front counter! A wonderful addition to Destin!

***Update*** we came to dine in and all tables are dirty. No waiters I supposed, no one came to see if we need it a clean table, we had to clean it ourselves. We had already paid because you pay your food before you go get it no service at all, this is to bad I'm going to give them now 3 stars. Tacos quesabrillas were not that great... disappointed. It's a Hispanic Market with a Restarant. They had a variety of foods in the restaurant and in the market. We were able to find what we need it. Was pretty clean and staff was very nice. They have a bar. We had a torta but the bread is not the typical bolillo (bread) for tortas but it's okay. We had our food to go.

First of all the spot is kinda hidden from all the main streets which are usually the best tacos spots, the little "hole in the wall" spots, but it wasn't. I was planning to send my wife and her friends for the tacos while the boys stay playing cards, we ended up going and it's a good thing we did. As soon as we get there there is a few men standing outside like 4 and they are drinking it up. I jumped out the truck and they straight up stared at me. Not a good sign off a female was by herself. Ok so I went inside and right off the bat another 6 men playing pool and drinking heavy. Hmmm.. nobody manning the taco shop on the inside and only one employee in the cash register with a line of a few people getting chips and house supplies. So then I thought what in the world kind of establishment is this??! So the lady said that there was no one to man the taco shop so I said why does it say open on google. I just left and I don't recommend going at night or let alone go by yourself or as a woman.

Gringos are not the typical client but doesn't bother me, I enjoy being a bit confused and enjoying some authentic food, this is not a typical Mexican restaurant, more of a basic food truck menu, simple, quick and tasty. I tried the carnitas tacos and my wife had a strak quesadilla, bottle of water and a canned lemonade drink. I loved the food and vibe, my wife not so much but we left with full stomachs and a light bill. Have fun and try this out, real community feel, no frills but authentic high quality chow. Recommend and I will return!

After roaming into a number of fun shops, we realized we were feeling up to a snack and drinks, and we happened across LaCo. The service and the food and drinks were good, and there was a nice ambiance to the place, too. The four of us immediately were seated at a bar during happy hour in the early afternoon when there were only a few people there. In fact, other than two people just leaving when we arrived, we were the only ones at the bar until just before we left. We arrived on a weekday afternoon just as happy hour was starting. Happy Hour prices included $2 off select wines and their house margarita, $1 off bottled beer, and discounted priced appetizers. My wife and I shared an order of Salsa Roja which included charred tomato salsa served with house friend chips. One of our friends ordered some blackened chicken wings, and both of our friends ordered drinks. Everyone was happy with what we ordered. LaCo stands for Latin Coastal as it is considered "30A's Latin coastal kitchen" with Latin-inspired lunch and dinner dishes with a coastal twist. The restaurant is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach in Seacrest Beach. They operate on "beach time" and do not take reservations. Their published hours are daily from 11 AM to 9 PM with limited yet special priced happy hour menu from 3-5 PM and a full menu during the other times of the day. You can see their menu, photos, and more information about their restaurant as well as order online and sign up for news and updates at https://laco30a.com. While we do not head to 30A that often, if we head back to Seacrest Beach, we'll certainly consider another visit to LaCo, perhaps when the full menu is available. We recommend this restaurant to others wanting a unique taste and a filling snack or meal!
