How are you going to charge retail price for slices when you are selling the cake wholesale for a group of 40-50. A cake for 40-50 guests should not run more than $250 Sabrina might be an exquisitely nice person but her price list is extra mean. I also see a lot of great reviews for this place, addressing accommodation and last minute requests, but speaking strictly on price to value, there are better places out there which give you value for money. My friends and I's favorites were earl grey with yuzu glaze and the lemon olive oil with strawberry glaze. They also had vegan options which tasted just as good (and as moist) as the non-vegan. Like I wouldn't have been able to tell by tasting it. I also have had cakes from here (various friends' parties), which is how I first heard about it. My favorite cake is the Blueberry Earl Grey cake. The earl grey flavored pastries here are amazing. Such a great distinct flavor that is not too heavy and pairs well with the fruitiness of the blueberry. I also tried their strawberry shortcake matcha latte. Very very sweet, but a great pick-me-up (which is actually unlike their pastries which I'd consider to be "not too sweet" = perfect sweetness level for the Asian palate). The staff was very pleasant, and they put my pastries in different bags to note which ones to refrigerate and which are okay at room temperature.

The two layers of sponge cake sandwiches a thicccc layer of frosting, so it wasn't too dry. The pandan flavor came through and wasn't too sweet. Though, I do think I could get just as tasty or even tastier cakes for a lower cost. Love that it comes with complimentary candles!
