Instead of deep fried, the shrimp and fish on each taco were grilled to perfection, instead of deep fried. The fish filet was diced and stir-fried with a wonderful aroma. Instead of making a mess, I decided just to eat my taco by slicing and dicing it from the plate. Super good! The meat is the highlight, and I recommend something more flavorful like Pastor or Carnitas, though even the chicken is pretty good. The rice is a little dry, but the hot salsa they provide helps even it out. The pupusas, however, are easily the highlight. Best I've had, ESPECIALLY when you get them for takeout. My theory is that being in the package lets them steam in the condensation for a while, so by the time you get them home, they're the perfect texture without having dry edges.
