The left side of this long table also has partitioned spots for working with a computer with a little privacy and there is also a multi-function printer available. It was very quiet and it would have been easy to fall asleep. The restroom was spacious, clean, and very nice looking. There is a full bar and drinks are free, but obviously leave a nice tip for your bartender. I had a spicy Bloody Mary to start the morning ahead of a long day of multiple flights. There is a menu which you can order food from, but there is a very nice complementary spread of both food and drink. There is a soda machine, water with lemon slices, and various teas and coffee. I arrived as they were switching from breakfast to lunch. There was assorted fruit, a salad bar, charcuterie, chipped beef, pasta, a few soups, and a bunch of snacks and desserts. The atmosphere was fresh and the air was crisp. The staff was pleasant and everyone who was within 3 feet engaged. As the signs were easy to understand I didn't have to ask any questions and was able to go from the gate to grab my bag and out to the ride share area without a guide. LoL! Smooth arrival. He said he could only offer us a booth in the lounge, so we took it. The lounge had a jazz trio playing and the music was a bit too loud for comfortable conversation. The server had to talk above the music to be heard by us. Luckily they took a break and when they came back the volume was lower. As we were leaving I noticed there was a whole dining room with empty tables which were NOT high tops. So why did they seat us in the lounge? Our drink orders were pretty simple, however because they serve the cocktails from the shaker, the server mixed up the dinks and poured my husband's margarita into my 'dirty' martini glass. So I had a three blue cheese olive margarita! A margarita-tini! He realized what he did, apologized and ran off to get another margarita for my husband. I had eaten the olives and tasted the margarita, which was very good. When he returned, he asked if I still wanted the martini and I laughed and said, yes, that what I ordered. So my husband got the benefit of two Margaritas for the price of one and I got three extra blue cheese olives! That was the only goof up. The rest of the meal was flawlessly served. I felt that even though the prices are high, the portion size and the quality of the food provide a good value. You expect to pay more in a place like this. It was well worth it in my opinion. We ordered a steak which included a salad and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and fries for both meals to be delivered to our room for dinner. In the additional instructions I requested ketchup to go with our fries. I placed our order online about 6:50 and the app said to expect our food by 7:15. There was a service charge, a gratuity and a delivery fee all added to the bill and then the tax was charged. Anyway, for starters, our food showed up late about 7:35. Okay, it was dinner time and I'm sure they were busy but don't specify a time if you can't make it work. Now the worst part was that there were no utensils or napkins included with our food so I guess we were expected to eat with our hands?!? I'm referring to the steak and salad. Oh, there was no ketchup either. I tried to run after the delivery guy but he was long gone. Because I ran out after the delivery guy, I forgot to grab my room key & when returning from the lobby, I couldn't return to my floor because you need a room key to activate the floor buttons in the elevator. I did manage to get some utensils, napkins and ketchup from the bar in the hotel so I wouldn't have to go all the way to the Casino and look for the restaurant and I got lucky in the elevator as another couple who got in were going to the same floor as me. By the time I got back, my girlfriend was so annoyed even though I had gotten utensils so she called the restaurant to make a complaint. The girl who answered the phone apparently has zero customer service training as when she was told our meals were delivered with no utensils, she had no response. When told we had to go get utensils from the bar in our hotel, she replied in a sarcastic tone "So what do you want?" My girlfriend said how about an apology. Dead silence on the other end of the phone. Now my girlfriend was pissed so she just hung up the phone. Customer service rating: zero stars! So, how was the food you might wonder? Well, it's hard to enjoy your meal after receiving such horrible service. My girlfriend's steak was cooked properly but she didn't enjoy it at all. I don't think we're ever going to try and dine in the actual restaurant because of this.
