When I first walked in the receptionist was busy flirting with Emmanuel. Once I stood off to the side she acknowledged me. I explained to her that I had called to get a copy of my Lincoln key for $160. She looked at me sort of stunned and asked who I spoke with. I spoke with her but she never gave a name when she answered the phone. My overall experience was unsatisfactory. Ok, soooo a pandemic is NOT the ideal time to need car keys made, but life happens. When I dropped it wasn't too busy, so that was a bonus. The place is a little slim, so social distancing would be a little tough on a busy day. But they did have signs up & masks on when I was there. Service was quick, friendly & they made sure each key worked before I left. Their prices are pretty good too. Have used many locksmith and this is by far the worst 1 there customer services is horrible it takes them hours to do a job that takes 10 minutes at other locksmiths. 2 they use crappy aftermarket or used products that break easily and some times just stop working. 3 overall a bad place would not recommend save your gas for better locksmith places read more

Well I got to tell you, Every once in a while I've completely wrong on my assumptions walking into a place. This happens to be one of those times. From the outside it looks like your average locksmith perhaps a key machine will be inside with an older gentleman and he might have some knowledge on some skeleton key that's interesting. However I'm gonna take some pictures because I don't think you believe how high-tech this place is from the outside. I don't think there's anything about car keys and locks and all that goes along with the high-tech world we are now stepping into, this place is got you covered. In fact the items they have in the display cases might entice you to take a class, they can help you with that too. The staff is incredibly helpful and honestly my question had to do with an old safe and is slightly disappointing to know that they are not the exact place for me at this exact moment, however there's no way this would be my very first choice in Anything to do with now modern electronically chipped car keys if I ever needed one of those made copied or fabricated because I lost mine, this place would be where I would come even if it was out of the way. My parents came across their booth while at Traders Village and were quoted $180 for getting a new key fob. Honestly I was skeptical but we were desperate. Upon entering you notice an impressive collection of keys and accessories which is already enough to make me feel good about this. We're greeted casually by a woman and my mom explains what we need. We leave our key and go to Chachos next door to eat. We come back 20-30 minutes later to a shiny new key fob. I go try it out and it works! No issue whatsoever! Ready to pay $180 for what seems to be the completion of mission impossible the woman at the front says it's $70. All the did was replace the insides of the key. What 3 other places said they couldn't do! We even got some Cony keychains and a battery for something else. If you need your fob fixed come here first! read more

These guys don't know what they're doing. Had someone come out and spend 5 hours trying to program a key for my parents. They were never able to program the key and still charged a full $170 for a key that didn't work. When I complained they offered to send a different tech out. When I went out to meet him up, he canceled at the last minute, saying that he couldn't fix it, without even bothering to look at the car. Called another locksmith who was able to get me a working key within 5 minutes of arriving, he even programed the key that these guys couldn't. Don't even bother with MHS. read more

I lost my key more that 3 times at year, if I need a key I used to call to my locals locksmith . one of my friend tell me about this places , he said they was the most cheaper in the area (that it's true ) . When I arrive to the shopping center , I was really surprised how amazing and bigger the store, they have all kind of keys , remotes , keychains and accessories for keys . I was in Saturday and they have a lot of customer , the staff was really friendly and notice they really tried to help you , I have my remote but was almost broken , the girl tell me she can put a shell but they gonna still have problem (don't even open the the doors ) or make they can give a new one for a good prices , i decided to get a new one, at this point I was thinking this people want more money but she explained why was the reason , she opened the my remote and show me the situation of my fob , I feel so embarrasses with her because she take time to explain and I was so skeptical in her work. One of the tech guys make the new key fob for my car and work perfect , it's was unbelievable how fast and good was my fob. They even give a free keychain!!! Definitely not a good store to purchase remotes from every time I drop my remote it has only happened about 3 times it's completely breaks into pieces not even a cheap remote does that and this one oh my god . Well, after looking for my car key for 2 days and taking cabs to work, I gave up and called a locksmith. The first one I called was Pop A Lock and they were AWFUL. A friend of mine recommended MHS and they were excellent. First of all, they stuck to their quoted price of $120 - none of this "Starting at $120" bait and switch. The locksmith got to my place within 30 minutes. He had some trouble at first, but kept working and got the key made. They do take credit cards, but they have to call in your number, so be sure and let them know if you want to pay with a CC. read more

Good service, just ridiculous pricing. I brought in my shell, and they charged $30 just to cut a key. Whereas another vendor called Reeds Key shop charges $15. (I just happen to be in the area.) I guess I'm paying an additional $15 for location. read more

They were able to program an extra key FOB for my car quickly and inexpensively WITHOUT us needing to take it to the dealer, which would have required an appointment and a LOT of money.
