He then rekeyed all the locks (including the interior door to the garage). I needed to go back to my partner's home to let in the plumber before Red had finished. He locked up and drove over to drop off the new keys. When I asked for 2 more keys, he made them right there using a portable machine that he has inside his car. All the keys work perfectly. I lost my keys out of town (dummy) and had been calling around 20+ locksmiths. Most places I called seemed to channel to a few call centers that would dispatch a technician. After getting the same call centers and the same technicians I was feeling like my choices were limited. Not to mention I could not get a set price from them. I would speak to one and get a price range with an up to $100 difference "depending on my system." It didn't sit right with me that they could determine the price once they got there, felt like bait and switch. I called a few more places some didn't do key fobs, but one did and referred Joseph. One of the key fobs is OEM and the other isn't - yet both aren't working as desired. They haven't been used as we had another key, but when we tested we were bummed. 1APR2023 I got a call and he came out to help examine the key fobs after I updated my yelp review. He opened the key fobs and showed me where water must have gotten inside the key fobs. After replacing the batteries on both of the devices they are working perfectly. It was a simple battery issue. He opened the fob and cleaned the inside of the key as well. Top notch!! Really appreciate his dedication to customer
