These guys did a great job when installing a new garage door to replace our 30 year old one that was all out of kilter. They gave us options, with pros and cons, for repairing or replacing and it was clear replacing with new was the way to go. They removed the old door, installed new tracks and garage door opener, and did it in less than 4 hours with 2 guys. They trained us on setting up our My Q app on phones and syncing with the garage door opener buttons in our cars. They even came out a couple months later to fix an alignment issue that was causing a noise on closing, at no charge and showed up the same day I called. I was given three models to pick from and the cheapest option was slightly less than the other 4 companies I called for comparison. The guy who installed it was quick and courteous. I stood there as he did the installation and he knew exactly what he was doing from my observation. Not much of a talker and no uniform (when he came to my door I initially wasn't sure it was him), but that was fine with me. He called to give me a window of time he would be there and then called in advance again when he was about 30 minutes out. I guess only time will tell, but no problems so far with the installation. Door Mart Services has been replacing the garages doors and openers at our complex that flooded during Harvey. They are one of the only contractors that are working here that actually do good quality work. They are professional and clean with the work that they do. I have used Door Mart since they opened. They have installed new doors and done all of the maintenance for years. They are responsive, competent, friendly and very price competitive. Great integrity. After hurricane Ike went through, I had damage to the door and called Door Mart. I just knew the whole door was going to have to be replaced. The technician came out, looked at the door and recommended only replacing two panels. In addition, he reinforced the door so I wouldn't have this problem again. I just called them this morning to have a spring replaced. They will come out at my convenience and get the job done. I recommend them to everyone that needs garage door servicing. We spent several thousand dollars for our garage doors. The workers were professional the door looked good. About a year after the door was installed, one of the springs on top of the garage broke off. It had been fixed with wrong way! We have called them at least 8 times to try getting them to come out & repair the garage. They are always friendly & personable & promise that someone will come out soon. We first called them in April it is now June the spring is still not repaired.
