My dinner experience there certainly lived up to expectations. The restaurant is small, seating maybe about 30 people. I wouldn't call it intimate, but I would call it friendly. The menu items are enjoyably named, with some interesting ingredient and flavor combinations. Service is fast and friendly; 3 servers can take care of all the tables quite nicely, with time for fun conversation as you go. The cocktail list is small, and the drinks are simply garnished, but everything we tried was quite flavorful and reasonably priced. As an appetizer, the Moo Moo Dippers, filled with shaved ribeye and corned beef and combined with the remoulade sauce for dipping. were addicting. My salmon filet came atop a bed of roasted sweet potato and corn hash and a sauce on top to give it more interesting presentation and flavor. The pork medallions were similarly appealing. We passed on dessert, because most of the offerings had some form of caffeine in them (e.g., boozy affogato), but I'm certain they would have been equally delicious. I was surprised the restaurant closed so early on days they're actually open, i.e., 8pm. So if you want convenient dining, get there early for dinner, because it does fill up.

Hailey the owner (I hope i spelled that correctly) was the sweetest and I had a great conversation with her about nutrition. The co-op itself has so many gluten free, vegan, organic and locally sourced food options to buy in bulk or by the package. I love the environment they create here and the workers are always so friendly and helpful. They also have a section of pre-made food (most of which is vegan) and it all looks freshly made and delightful! The way the cards work they charge u by the ounce , which would be fine if the first three ounces weren't pure foam! All the beverages need to be much colder, everything was room temp! I am also no longer 16 at a keger in the woods! I want a cold glass, not a plastic cup! As for service my party of 3 were the only ones in there on a Friday night and our server was distracted by his phone the whole time. Do not waste your money here…read more This place tries to give the air of high-end excellence and quality food execution, but it is a complete facade masking terrible food, what seems to be poor kitchen standards, and apparently unyielding and greedy management. There are justifiably blatant ethical and principle issues with how this establishment is run. Last night went downhill early on when a friend ordered a drink that had an awful presentation that the waiter unprompted acknowledged and apologized for how bad it looked. It tasted as bad as it looked. My friend tried to suffer through drinking it anyway, but it was just that bad. Even when we asked for a replacement drink of a different kind and mentioned that the original should not be charged given the circumstances, management ultimately refused to comp the botched drink, hiding behind a rigid no-refund policy. This is frankly absurd and not in line with the standard operations of an establishment, especially one facing poor customer satisfaction. Things got dangerously worse for another friend who ordered a dish containing what seemed to be imitation lobster. It tasted funny and had a weird, overly chewy texture from the first bite. There are serious concerns here regarding deliberate ingredient sourcing decisions and cutting corners on quality. Whatever contributed to the glaring food handling and sourcing issues of that meal ultimately made my friend severely ill to the point that he was throwing up later that night. The rest of the food was just as bad. I ordered the chicken parm, and it blows my mind how a kitchen can completely miss the mark on such a classic dish. It was honestly devoid of flavor, and I had to request salt, pepper, and pepper flakes just to give the dish some semblance of taste. To top it off, no pun intended, the parmesan sprinkled on top wasn't even real cheese, as it closely resembled the cheap Kraft grated parm from a plastic bottle. When you combine questionable sourcing and preparation issues that seemed to cause actual physical illness, a kitchen that fails at basic dishes, and an owner whose strict policy is apparently to nickel-and-dime customers instead of making things right, it speaks volumes. Management clearly prioritizes pure profit over basic hospitality and customer health. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Anthony's prices itself and portrays an upscale experience with stellar food quality. However, it is quite the opposite. I've had better quality and taste at Applebee's, which is horrible. I expected what they present.

A decadent, gluttonous, unapologetic mess of everything good in this world. Crispy, golden spuds acting as a stage for a heaping, chaotic mound of tender, spiced gyro meat, drizzled in a symphony of sauces--tangy, creamy, and just the right amount of heat to remind you you're alive. This isn't just bar food or late-night munchies. It's a masterclass in controlled indulgence. Each bite, a reminder that sometimes, the best meals aren't plated with tweezers but piled high with reckless abandon. You eat with your hands, sauce dripping down your wrist, and you don't care--because in this moment, nothing else matters. Gyro Hub doesn't need to be fancy. It just needs to be exactly what it is: damn good.

The Yelp reviews for Nonna Lisa's Kitchen were a main factor in deciding to come here for dinner…read more(we live in MI and were on vacation). I was excited to try this place with the reviews but was a little apprehensive when we pulled up - small strip mall that has seen better days but we were hungry and figured we would give it a shot. The interior is cute -- but small. Not many tables but thankfully we were on the early side for dinner so only one other table was occupied when we arrived. We quickly decided what we wanted to eat and placed our order. Our salads came out fast and they were very delicious. I am a sucker for black olives so was thrilled to see them on the salad. I noticed that the other table (a couple) were still waiting for their meal and it showed up a short time later. A few more tables were seated and we were still waiting for our meal. It became evident that there was one server and one cook. When our meal showed up, we were not disappointed. The sauce on my chicken parm was savory with just a hint of sweetness. And it had chunks of tomatoes in it - huge plus for this tomato loving gal! I don't know where they got this chicken breast but it was huge! It was very well seasoned and probably one of the best chicken parms I've ever had in my life! For dessert, my hubby decided to get the cannoli dip. I'm bummed that I cannot eat dairy cuz that dessert was massive! My husband barely put a dent in it and took the rest home for a snack later on that evening. We would definitely come back again if we are in the area!
