While no car repairs are ever cheap, I found their prices to be fair, and did not try to "diagnose" and "repair" and frivolous services, like many auto repairs are known for. In fact, they cautioned me on things I knew needed replacement like my brakes, that were separate from my check engine light problem, and took care of noticing and replacing my rear windshield wiper free of charge. I am now having my engine light on again, and under the warranty he is helping again, to take care of it, and was told by phone that they will assist with rental reimbursement as well, since their loaners are limited to 35 miles/day, and my driving needs exceed that. Also Kevin called me an Uber to the rental place! I will update this post once I hear more from the diagnoses of the light coming back on. But still very satisfied with their service, attention to detail, and friendly, and trustworthy service.

I was traveling to Denver for a couple days and had an accident with a 18wheeler tire that ripped out my AC Condenser. Then I made the mistake of taking my car into Pearl street after reading good reviews. The staff was incredibly friendly, they made me feel safe when dropping off my car with them, like I was in the hands of people who wouldn't overcharge me because I'm a single female just trying to get back home to Texas. Luckily for me I had ChatGPT and some mechanics who told me I was getting ripped off and took my car to another shop. Pearl street mentioned nationwide a 4yr warranty.... Is that what the extra $2350 was for?

I called them to make sure my car was still coming, which they told me the car had not left their lot yet. They gave me a new update on delivery, which I think is weird, they should have told me about that before I paid for the delivery cost. I got my car a week later, and I then had to wait for my title and other paperwork to show up, which they did not tell me when would come. After a month of waiting, I called them because I didn't get any updates. They told me the paperwork had been sitting at the dealership for pickup! PICKUP?? When purchasing the car I got told it when through a full inspection and the car was in good mechanical order. Well that was a lie! After driving the car for on two months. It started to have a slight hesitation when speeding up on the highway then that turned into an engine misfire. Then shortly after that, a knocking noise. So after looking over the car. I discovered that there bin a on going camshaft position sensor leak. I have installed photos of it. You might ask how is that related to a misfire. So when the camshaft position sensor start leaking oil on the M157 engine. The oil goes into the electrical connector and then through the hole engine wiring harness. I did look at the sensors before purchasing the vehicle, but they must've had clean the connector so you could not notice the oil leaking into the wiring harness. I know I bought the vehicle as is, but it really shady what they did and would like to warn others.
