They exceeded my expectation by getting it done early! Who does that? I'll tell you, Granite Karma!!! They were polite and professional. They went the extra mile. They optimized my material to allow for my master bath vanity counter as well. I am so pleased to have selected them to do this job for me. We had made a change to the design after completion and needed a side splash. They cut it for me and I was able to pick it up. My husband and I are very impressed and thankful to Granite Karma. Israel has done 2 projects for us. We had water damage from a water leak from refrigerator and he…read moretook out the old cabinets and rebuilt new ones. Everything looks identical to the original. I was worried that the granite countertop would have to be removed but he jacked it up to secure it and no cracks. Then we had another bathroom vanity that had termite damage. We had some other cabinet companies look at repairing but they all said the marble counter top would have to be removed. I doubt they could be removed without cracking. He came over and looked at the damage. No problem, supported the countertop with jacks. Measured the cabinets, went to his shop and rebuilt the cabinets. He came out a week later and reinstalled. Everything turned out perfect and no evidence that 2 of the cabinets were replacements. Thankfully we were able to reuse the drawers. He even fixed scratch marks on our dining room wood door! He is very professional, precise with his work. We have other projects for him and won't consider using anyone else. Hats off to Israel and Julie for a job well done. 11/21/25 AG2 installation day!…read more Background We began consulting with C&S Home Solutions Remodeling September 2025 about our goals for updating our Kitchen, laundry and Bathrooms. The kitchen was a complete remodel eliminating an arched wall extending the kitchen to increase counter and cabinets linear feet. It also incorporated a breakfast bar. Two bathrooms were being remodeled. To accomplish our design continuity we visited Arista Stone to look for slaps for our design. Once we selected our slaps C&S Home Solutions remodeling enlisted the talents of small women owned business Brenda Rodriguez of AG2 Design LLC. Brenda personally visited our home and took all the measurements the day after our cabinetry was installed. She developed the template(s) for all countertops in the rooms. Her expertise quickly shifted to maximizing the use of the slabs minimizing waste and assuring we had enough slab from the same slab lot. Installation day came five days later after the rough bulk slabs were cut and polished. The craftsmanship of the beveled edges and smooth radius corners was amazing. Brenda's team began the installation by custom building the slab to countertop beds to support the heavy countertops. As each countertop was installed the Kitchen quickly transformed from design concept to a beautiful sculptured smooth line modern contemporary kitchen. Brenda also added a slab notch cut to tastefully incorporate a stub wall leading to our laundry room. Maybe a little detail to some but this extra touch of class showcases the talents and personal touches she delivers to her customers. Brenda arrived at the time of installation to personally see everything went smoothly and that we were satisfied. I can't say enough about Brenda and her company AG2 Design! Cost 5/5 There are many big fabricators out there, most chasing large commercial cookie cutter jobs but no one can match the turnaround time, customization and value of AG2 Design. We were told it would only take these five days to install the cabinets. Countertop measurements took place at end of January and countertop installation took place on February 18th. As of today, March 16th, the installation is still not complete and finished. DKB was last out on March 2nd and only completed most of the cabinetry related items and has yet to install some under countertop lighting, and install surfacing on the bottom side of some upper cabinets. Our project would only be this far if not for our constant follow up and phone calls. We were promised our concerns would be addressed back in February by a upper manager of DKB when they didn't schedule sufficient time for our installation the first time around. It is now two months this week since the one week when all work was supposed to be complete. Still over $1,000.00 in paid for work to be complete and no phone call or follow up by DKB to complete our improvements to our satisfaction. This whole process has been a bit frustrating and disappointing. We were not informed that the countertop installer and plumber are two different subcontractors. Our Designer was not experienced with cabinet lighting and electrical rough in needs and requirements. Unable to assist with any type of coordination efforts when requested to make sure power sources were prepared and ready. it wasn't until after the cabinets were installed and countertop measured that we learned our selected countertop as it turned out is not available in the size needed without additional joints in the slab. This caused more delays to our schedule. Had the limitations of the countertop material been discussed at time of design back in November, the design could have been changed. Again, just another example of inexperience we had to learn the hard way. Still no telling if or when our new cabinetry will be complete.

I got a bid with-in hours and they schedule my install. They showed up on time, were very courteous and talked through any issues they encountered. We initially had hoped to do refacing to improve the overall aesthetic of our kitchen, but we were so excited to discover some of the additional options that were offered that solved functional problems that had always bothered us! When we reached out to Better Than New, we didn't even realize how much they could do besides just refacing. We replaced all of our old, hard-to-open drawers with beautiful, easy to open, soft-close drawers. We added a pull-out drawer for trash and recycling bins. We replaced sagging shelves in our cabinets. And we replaced the shelves in our deep pantry with drawers, making the space SO much more usable and accessible for our tall family. So not only is the kitchen beautiful, but it's so much more functional. There were zero hidden fees. The work was absolutely immaculate. The team was incredibly professional. The front desk woman was very kind but her first question was "Who sent you here? Answered, My contractor. "What's your contractor's name, who does he work with here?" After checking to see that he wasn't in the system she asked me to fill out the intake form and then walked me through the warehouse. She asked me who was paying for the counter tops, me or the contractor. Odd question but I said I was. I grabbed a couple photos of slabs and then we walked out and she gave me a print out of the items with pricing. She also stapled the branch manager's card inside and told me to have my contractor call him even though I was there today to buy I wasn't asked and apparently no one could help with that process other my contractor. There was at least 4 associates in the warehouse then in the showroom taking pictures of items for what seemed to be social media. Way more interested in "likes" than sales, branding is everything, except when your brand is to make sales. Still no one said hello, not one of them asked if they could help, asked if I had questions or acknowledged that I was a customer ready to buy and schedule a counter top install. I'm taking Steve's recommendation and heading to AZ Tile today and then Daltile's showroom followed up with Cactus Tile and Stone. I love capitalism and the free market.

Wow! I don't know where to begin, because our experience was exceptional…read more My husband and I have been wanting to do a renovation on our kitchen for some time now. Casually, I submitted a project via Yelp to multiple contractors to shop around. After a swift response from Rosa, we set up an in-home consultation. Rosa and Erica brought samples based upon our initial conversation and were spot on with the look I was wanting. Their energy and general vibe sold us. Professional, friendly and genuine. Some days later, we signed a contract and the project began shortly thereafter. Being in the midst of a global pandemic, I was worried with how many people would be in and out of our home. Everyone wore masks, respected social distancing, and staggered scheduling to keep down how many workers were in our home at any given time. Both Rosa and Erica were super communicative throughout the entire process. Also, every single person on their team was so darn friendly and meticulous with their attention to detail. It truly was seamless and we are ecstatic. I think I may sleep in my kitchen tonight because I love it that much. Thank you to SpiceGirl Remodeling & Design for making our kitchen dreams come true. So far I have loved working with Ericka and Rosie of Spicegirl Remodeling and Design. They finished…read moremy roof in a few days and the team that did it was informative and paid a lot of attention to detail. This was especially important to me as I am about to install a large solar array. I liked working with them so much that I contracted them to remodel my master bathroom. They also installed door vents and new matching accedes to my attic on both sides of my house so that is could do other efficiency work. (Duct repair, sealing the roof, sealing can lighting, blowing in another 18 inches of insulation) I will be updating my review with photos and a description when the bathroom is finished. I'd recommend them to anyone.
