I did and received his voicemail, so I text him. Within the hour he returned my call, we viewed the rental, and called him to say we were interested. He asked if we could come in to his office immediately but we couldn't until the next morning. What a fiasco that morning was. Arrived at his office unprepared, without completed applications and unavailable financial documents. Still he gave us time to complete and submit the applications. Next we hadn't provided our ss numbers and left an application unsigned. Seriously, I probably would have declined us right then and thought he had. We just received an unsolicited phone call from him telling us he was going to run the numbers and let us know tomorrow. He can have a brusque manner and expresses his impatience through his voice. But if he has to deal with situations like how our day went yesterday, then I would probably sound the same. He must have to deal with a lot of calls over each ad and winnow out the keepers, plus sell houses too. 4 stars for dealing with our fiasco day and yet keeping us informed.

As a first time home seller, I had a lot of questions, and she was always responsive, patient, and clear about what to expect throughout the process. I originally thought my home would take months to sell because that was what I was seeing with other homes in my neighborhood. I also had a certain price in mind, but Cali's knowledge of the local real estate market, pricing strategy, and marketing helped us get the home off the market in just one weekend at a great price. Even when I felt the buyer's side was a little less organized, Cali kept everything moving and made sure I always understood what was happening. Having an experienced real estate agent guiding me made the entire selling process feel much easier. After working with Cali, I understand why the Elizabeth Do Team is so highly regarded in Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, and the surrounding Orange County communities. If you're looking for a realtor / real estate agent to help sell a home or mobile home in Orange County, I would absolutely recommend Cali and the Elizabeth Do Team. They are professional and most importantly, they are knowledgeable with the changing market.

Tom Otor started our process by locating several prospective properties that met our basic requirements, and took to consideration all the things that we were looking in our new residence. Tom thereafter scheduled all meetings in accordance to fit my busy schedule, made email correspondences as well as many phone call inquiries to reply on my questions and concerns, but mostly he made us feel that we are in good hands. Even after we have already moved during last weekend, Tom continuously kept assisting us in various communications in this regards, including electric issues, insurances, and etc. Our personal impression is that Tom Otor is a true professional, he is very detail oriented, while he absolutely has all the right skills to carry on any deal, ever the most challenging one as we had ;). We are convinced that Tom is devoted to what he does, treats everyone with great respect and we truly feel that we could not have chosen a better person to assist us with this process. I am proud to be his client, and warmly recommend his services. Thank you Tom, you are the best!!!

But beyond that, we researched SeaCliff and felt they had the reputation, transaction discipline, and communication style we wanted. Chelsea handled those issues professionally, kept the process moving, and made sure both the sell-side and our buy-side were properly represented and informed. She did a great job keeping the "sale train on the track," which is exactly what matters when timing, communication, and execution are important. Overall, Chelsea was responsive, steady, and thoughtful throughout the process. We appreciated her professionalism and would recommend her and the SeaCliff team.
