Tom Otor started our process by locating several prospective properties that met our basic requirements, and took to consideration all the things that we were looking in our new residence. Tom thereafter scheduled all meetings in accordance to fit my busy schedule, made email correspondences as well as many phone call inquiries to reply on my questions and concerns, but mostly he made us feel that we are in good hands. Even after we have already moved during last weekend, Tom continuously kept assisting us in various communications in this regards, including electric issues, insurances, and etc. Our personal impression is that Tom Otor is a true professional, he is very detail oriented, while he absolutely has all the right skills to carry on any deal, ever the most challenging one as we had ;). We are convinced that Tom is devoted to what he does, treats everyone with great respect and we truly feel that we could not have chosen a better person to assist us with this process. I am proud to be his client, and warmly recommend his services. Thank you Tom, you are the best!!!

As a first time home seller, I had a lot of questions, and she was always responsive, patient, and clear about what to expect throughout the process. I originally thought my home would take months to sell because that was what I was seeing with other homes in my neighborhood. I also had a certain price in mind, but Cali's knowledge of the local real estate market, pricing strategy, and marketing helped us get the home off the market in just one weekend at a great price. Even when I felt the buyer's side was a little less organized, Cali kept everything moving and made sure I always understood what was happening. Having an experienced real estate agent guiding me made the entire selling process feel much easier. After working with Cali, I understand why the Elizabeth Do Team is so highly regarded in Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, and the surrounding Orange County communities. If you're looking for a realtor / real estate agent to help sell a home or mobile home in Orange County, I would absolutely recommend Cali and the Elizabeth Do Team. They are professional and most importantly, they are knowledgeable with the changing market.

We first met Liz in September 2025, and from the very beginning, we were incredibly impressed. What immediately set her apart was her approach to pricing the home. Rather than relying solely on neighborhood comps like most agents, she used a sophisticated valuation system that factored in the home's condition, upgrades, and improvements over time. She walked us through how the software evaluated renovations such as kitchen and bathroom updates, roofing projects, and other investments by considering when the work was completed, what was spent, and the local return on investment. It was fascinating to see such a detailed and thoughtful approach to determining the home's true market value. During that first meeting, Liz also took the time to thoroughly explain the market conditions and discuss the best timing for listing the property to maximize its value. She confidently told us that once listed, the home would likely sell within three to four weeks. After months of preparing the house, which included cleaning out more than 50 years of memories and belongings, we finally listed the property in April 2026. Throughout the entire process, Liz provided exceptional guidance every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never once pushy. She always presented us with information and options, allowing us to make informed decisions while trusting her expertise. That trust paid off. Just as she predicted, we received multiple offers and sold the home within three weeks! Liz exceeded every expectation we had. She made what could have been an overwhelming and emotional experience feel smooth, peaceful, and manageable during a very stressful and heartbreaking time for our family. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication are truly unmatched. Elizabeth Do is a gift, both in her work ethic and in her humanity. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Liz, you are truly the GOAT!

Arrived at his office unprepared, without completed applications and unavailable financial documents. Still he gave us time to complete and submit the applications. Next we hadn't provided our ss numbers and left an application unsigned. Seriously, I probably would have declined us right then and thought he had. We just received an unsolicited phone call from him telling us he was going to run the numbers and let us know tomorrow. He can have a brusque manner and expresses his impatience through his voice. But if he has to deal with situations like how our day went yesterday, then I would probably sound the same. He must have to deal with a lot of calls over each ad and winnow out the keepers, plus sell houses too. 4 stars for dealing with our fiasco day and yet keeping us informed.

That being said, everyone at Sail is "top tier" professionals. The absolute best. Recently, we had a big maintenance issue ( the whole house needed the ceilings skimmed) ; anyhow, after getting owner approval, the contractor hired turned out to be an unusual sort of unprofessional. Without going into all that craziness, let me just say the way Justine from Sail stepped up and resolved the issue was phenomenal. What was keeping me up at night (yes, it really was) suddenly turned around with their amazing replacement contractor, Tim. He was nothing short of a one man team worth 5 men. He was considerate, honest, and reassuring the entire time. He finished our ceilings, with me at ease. Sleeping soundly. I can't say enough about this property management company. Also expect them to charge a "Resident Benefits Package" to your tenant and have lots of wording on the lease that pays the property management directly. If you're a renter- be prepared for a 23 page lease, and they wait until signing the lease to disclose several fees- including their Resident package being mandatory. Unusual. They offer an early move in, and then charge you $1600- which wasn't even the correct pro rated math for the listing. They will most likely respond- we "advertise the RBP in the listing"- Completely missing the point- it's vague language that implies it's optional. And it's not a cost that's included in the lease because they are paying themselves with this fee. The package is unheard of. At the end of the day- $20-$100 for this package isn't the big deal considering the home is already $5300- it's the principle of not disclosing charges. Avoid!!
