On the day of the inspection his team was professional and friendly. They asked questions and took down plenty of notes to make sure they had accurate information. I am disappointed, but not surprised that "Just Gone John" misleads Yelp by characterizing his "Ghosting" me after one phone call. We had 11 email exchanges and a couple of phone calls--then "poof" he's gone. By the time the last call occurred, I had enough of it. Like I said, why chase unprofessional vendors when there are many qualified appraisers available. "Just Gone John" is chasing the easy dollar rather than servicing jobs that require a little more work--just admit the truth. Great communication. I selected this company based on great Yelp reviews, which were consistent with my experience too. John took the time to listen and understand a very complicated situation regarding our new home's overinflated sales price. The purpose of our appraisal was to try to avoid being taxed based on a sales price that was significantly higher than the actual market value of the home (for complex reasons that would take too long to describe). I had spoken to another appraiser before John who did not have the patience to listen to all of the factors that influenced the overinflated sale. John did.
