He went completely ghost and did not put in the contract with the sellers that they could take the pots in my front porch. They were there the day before for the walk-through. Cameron mentioned the sellers would be taking some plants,(he should have put that in the contract if the sellers wanted to keep) come to my surprise the day I get the keys. The two front plants are completely gone! Completely unacceptable also during the inspection as well many things were missed, and Cameron and his team recommended this person.. This is from my personal experience

I was pleasantly surprised to have recently gone through several real estate transactions using this company, without a flaw. Which is relatively unknown in the industry, there always seems to be a problem in SOME area. Whether it's the listing of the property, the sale of the property or the escrow company, some stage of the transaction always seems to unwind in a less than perfect manner! After my third transaction using this company, I am still without any negative situations at all, really. I am probably jinxing my whole "real estate record" by saying this, but it literally has been a wonderful experience buying, selling and using them as a lender - so far to date. They have an exceptional program that I really like which is a reduced listing commission, far below the average listing commission; Yet they maintain all of the professionalism and complete service that you would expect from a top notch company. If you are looking for someone to list your property, sell your home, or if you need a loan, give these guys a try - I promise you it will be worth it, at least it has been from all of my experiences...

Ryan spent no more than 15 minutes at my house with little to show for it. The first appraisal shows no air conditioning, no fireplace and lacking in the actual square footage. The comps that are used are from another zip code and the dollar per square foot he prices our house is $200 LESS per square foot for the ONE house he uses in our neighborhood as a comp. We appeal our appraisal. Oh - obviously he should have seen the fireplace - it was in one of the pictures on our actual appraisal! And air conditioning - had he ACTUALLY walked around the house he would have seen the unit!!! We send comps from our neighborhood, we send him a picture of our house plans (from a recent major renovation) showing the new square footage. He raises the price by $40K when we were expecting $200K. All of the houses in my neighborhood are selling well over $1M. Ryan still refuses to accept the square footage so we appeal AGAIN! This time we are asked to provide the entire house plans from the remodel - we do that. We add newer comps from the neighborhood and again petition the per square foot price difference. The appeal is DENIED! I try to speak to Ryan myself - as he had given me his business card and said to call any time - and he does not return my call or email. The value of Ryan's appraisal makes a difference as to how much of a loan we can get - 60% of the appraised value. I question if Ryan is working in the hands of large banks to keep lower appraised values just so they can offer lower loans???

On the first day of working together, Sara looked at my documentation as well as researching the other party. Sara continued to help me with the same level of precision and support through our entire relationship. She was also exceptional in handling the other party's aggressive and unprofessional attorney, who was blatantly attempting to shake me down for an outrageous amount of money. She pushed back repeatedly and not only to follow the law, he ended up stepping down all together because he was no match for her. Sara is sharp as a whip. We first met Liz in September 2025, and from the very beginning, we were incredibly impressed. What immediately set her apart was her approach to pricing the home. Rather than relying solely on neighborhood comps like most agents, she used a sophisticated valuation system that factored in the home's condition, upgrades, and improvements over time. She walked us through how the software evaluated renovations such as kitchen and bathroom updates, roofing projects, and other investments by considering when the work was completed, what was spent, and the local return on investment. It was fascinating to see such a detailed and thoughtful approach to determining the home's true market value. During that first meeting, Liz also took the time to thoroughly explain the market conditions and discuss the best timing for listing the property to maximize its value. She confidently told us that once listed, the home would likely sell within three to four weeks. After months of preparing the house, which included cleaning out more than 50 years of memories and belongings, we finally listed the property in April 2026. Throughout the entire process, Liz provided exceptional guidance every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never once pushy. She always presented us with information and options, allowing us to make informed decisions while trusting her expertise. That trust paid off. Just as she predicted, we received multiple offers and sold the home within three weeks! Liz exceeded every expectation we had. She made what could have been an overwhelming and emotional experience feel smooth, peaceful, and manageable during a very stressful and heartbreaking time for our family. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication are truly unmatched. Elizabeth Do is a gift, both in her work ethic and in her humanity. One of the most frustrating rental experiences I've had, largely due to how this was handled by…read moremanagement, specifically Christopher and David. The unit was listed at $4,200. We initially explored pricing and ultimately submitted a paid application for $4,000, not $3,800 as they later claimed in their response. We have email proof confirming this. We were also told there could be flexibility around $4,100 if we had strong documentation, which we did. Based on that, we were encouraged to apply, pay fees, and submit everything. After doing all of that, there was no real movement or consideration. What made this worse was their response, which included inaccurate statements about us "lowballing" and "going behind our agent." That is simply not true. We were fully transparent with our agent the entire time, and she can confirm that. We also have texts supporting it. Nothing was hidden or "found out" later. Instead of focusing on a reasonable $100 difference that could have easily made both parties happy, they chose to argue and escalate things publicly through responses rather than work toward a solution. That says a lot about their priorities. The bigger issue here is the lack of transparency. If the price was always firm at $4,200, that should have been clearly stated upfront. Instead, we were led to believe there was flexibility, only to find out after paying application fees that there wasn't. The communication throughout felt dismissive and unprofessional, and their response only reinforced that. My advice to anyone considering renting through them: be cautious before paying any application fees, and make sure any statements about pricing flexibility are clearly confirmed in writing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with this team.
