Based on my research, Lily and her team stood out as one of the top teams in Orange County, and that was exactly how they performed. What stood out immediately was that Lily's recommended listing price and overall approach were fully aligned with my own analysis. That gave me a high level of confidence from the start. I come from an engineering and project management background and regularly manage multi million dollar projects in my professional work, so I pay close attention to how people plan, communicate, and execute. Lily and Lanh performed strongly in all three areas. I also appreciated that Lily personally took the time to meet with me alongside Lanh and walked through the entire process clearly and directly. Given her level of experience and the volume of higher value transactions she handles, I did not expect that level of direct involvement, especially for a deal of this size. That level of attention gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. Lanh was very responsive and hands on throughout the transaction. He handled the day to day coordination, kept everything on track, and made sure communication was always clear and timely. Lily mentioned early on that Lanh is one of the top performers on her team, and that was clearly reflected in his execution. That level of follow through made a big difference in keeping the process smooth. Throughout the transaction, they managed everything at a high level, from staging and marketing to negotiations and escrow, keeping the process organized, efficient, and under control. There was an appraisal challenge during the transaction, which is outside of anyone's control, but they handled it professionally and kept everything moving forward without creating unnecessary stress or noise. They also navigated the final negotiation very well and were able to secure a better outcome than expected without overpromising along the way. That speaks to both experience and discipline. This was my first time selling a home, although I have purchased multiple properties in the past. Even with that experience, they made the entire selling process feel smooth, well managed, and straightforward from start to finish. I have experience with multiple investments and properties, and I only work with top tier professionals. I can confidently say Lily and Lanh are among the best in Orange County right now. If you want a team that understands strategy, executes well, and can manage a deal properly from start to finish, I highly recommend them.

He eases the typical first-time buyer nerves by empowering you with knowledge that gives you confidence to make well informed decisions. Beyond this, I appreciated: - Honesty: Khoi cares to find a house that fits your goals and never pressured an offer. He steered me away from unideal locations and helped me "grade" listings. This helped me calibrate as I didn't know initially what is considered "good". - Personability: Khoi's natural friendliness and level of professionalism is a winning edge in an area like OC, where multiple offers are common. While structuring an offer you are comfortable with, he remains a great partner a listing agent would want to work with. - Elite Network: As someone who jokes "trust no [fish]" (but also follows this), I independently vetted his recommendations for lenders, inspectors, etc. via multiple methods. And with both moves, we could not have been happier working with them. Recently, however, it looked like we might have to move again. Being retired and at the whims of the rollercoaster stock market, we had decided the best way to preserve our nest egg was to sell and move to a less expensive home, where we could pay cash, saving the monthly mortgage. We called Missy, and immediately she was on our doorstep, with Jon on FaceTime. And to our amazement, the two of them told us there was no way they were going to help us sell our house! In looking at and reworking our budget to go forward, they explained that we had overlooked what a great investment we were -- literally -- sitting in. Missy promised to run the numbers so that we could make a more informed decision. Within two days she had sent us an extremely detailed summary of our options: If we wanted to sell, we were under-estimating our potential profit, and this was backed up by a listing of several comps along with notes on how our house compared. Then she presented other options: what a reverse mortgage could mean for us; or perhaps we should consider moving with our daughter to a house with an ADU for us. But if we decided not to sell, Missy had given us a solid, detailed rundown of how our house was expected to appreciate over the next 20 years. The options were overwhelming at first, but as we carefully went through each, working out the numbers, we came to a happy decision. They were absolutely correct. He thinks about the market very rationally with a grounding in its economics, beyond just the soft side of home style, finishes, and location. Natalie Ness assisted us in finding a rental to land in while we figure out where we might want to settle longer-term. She was super prepared and found many good options to visit in our two days together. She really made the difference in our move. I wasn't getting any traction on my own but by the end of two days with her we had a lease and we are very happy with where we are living. Both Jon and Natalie are communicative and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. Kudos all around, great team.
