Mezeh only has a few locations in Manhattan right now, but after trying their Mediterranean fast casual food, I hope they'll open more in the city. They have wraps, pitas, and two sizes of bowls (which I really like, because sometimes I just want something light), and protein options that include chicken, steak, lamb, and falafel. The nutrition and allergen information on their website is very easy to use, and this location in particular has plenty of seating. I got a bowl with a mix of mixed greens and bulgur, chicken kebab, hummus, tzatziki, Turkish salad, tabbouleh, pearl couscous, caramelized eggplant, tomatoes, feta, pickled onions, and pickled turnips. I really like how many toppings you can add, and that they have some different ones from the other Mediterranean chains in the city. Everything was good, and the portion sizes were reasonable. Looking forward to returning!

Mezeh is a fast casual restaurant in the heart of the financial district. I stopped by here for a quick late lunch after working most of the afternoon. I ordered a mezeh classic bowl which has white basmati rice, spicy chicken shawarma, spicy hummus, tzatziki dip, Lebanese tabbouleh, red cabbage slaw, corn salsa, sumac cucumbers, carmalized eggplant, and pickled turnips. Such a colorful bowl! ($12.29) A great price for what you get which could be two meals in one. This was packed with flavor and I loved every second of it. I also felt so much joy by the colors and light decor in here. Staff was so nice and accommodating!

Overall pretty good. It's a similar concept as Cava where you can create your own bowl and ask for as many toppings as you want. I came right at opening. I will say though that the rice was way overcooked and was mushy and questionable, and the lemon garlic sauce wasnt mixed well, but I still enjoyed the meal.

Stopped in here for lunch after getting my $16 haircut down the block. The place looks beautiful, in the inside there's Mediterranean art and mosaic tiles. In the middle you have a big table with stools and gorgeous lamps. This place was really something. The food was delicious and fresh kinda like a chipotle but make it Mediterranean. Lots of food choices here and toppings galore. I ordered the bowl with chicken, spinach, black beans and a few other toppings, with a water that came out to about $17. The only thing they need to work on is that front door. They need a vestibule to block out the cold air, if you are sitting in any booth on that strip in the front you will feel the breeze everytime that door opens. Brrr.. Sit anywhere else if you mind.

Lovely packaging and huge portions. I had a Uber eats deal buy one get 1 free so I saved the other for lunch the next day. They gave a lot of extra pitas and sauces in the order. Flavorful and fresh. Healthy option.

Super great addition to the fast casual spots in the area!! I stopped by mezeh at around 8:30pm on a Friday and was served super quickly. I was in and out in like 5 minutes. They have lots of seating in the restaurant, everything was very clean, and the space is huge!! The tables and decor were nice and they could even seat larger groups as well. The service was very nice as well! Extremely kind, and they didn't make me feel rushed at all. The food was delicious-- I can't rave enough about it. The dips and toppings were very flavorful. I loooveeeeddd the spicy hummus, baba ganoush, and pickled cauliflower/carrots. The proteins stood out especially! I got half chicken shawarma and half falafel in my bowl. There were some other dips and toppings I would've liked to try, but I didn't want to trouble them to bring them out so close to closing. Can't wait to go back to try the whole spread, perhaps a wrap or pita pocket too!!!

Lemon garlic kebab grain bowl with undercooked chicken.

I dropped by today to pick up a lemon garlic kebab grain bowl. The interior seemed nice and clean with vibrant colors. The vegetable ingredients and meat looked fresh and seasoned well, so II was excited to try out the food once I got back to my desk. Unfortunately my chicken kebab pieces were undercooked and still pink. The search continues for tasty Mediterranean food....

a good spot for a quick Mediterranean meal! I stopped by one night as I was looking for a more casual spot to grab a quick bite that wasn't fast food and this place was great! it reminded me of cava with the build your own bowls & pitas but the topping choices were a bit different. I was too lazy to build my own so I chose the mezeh classic which came w everything I liked! I asked the worker if I was able to add stuff on but I think there was a language barrier so I'm still not sure of the answer, but I was still happy w what came in my bowl! I saw that there was no chicken shawarma when I sat down to eat it and the worker quickly resolved this issue and gave me three large scoops of chicken! I was very impressed by the customer service and the food itself, which was bursting with flavor! I do wish I could've added different sauces but it was still good! the portion was very generous as well and lasted me 2 meals! I think I'll try to order my own bowl next time to make it more customizable though.

The over all experience was alright. It was 8pm so it was not busy. Good portion and seem you can pick more than other salad places before it goes over extra.. flavor of everything was subtle in taste which is good since it might not have a lot of sharp but having sharp taste at other salad places you get thrown off for a sec. It wouldn't be my go to spot but if Iam feeling cheaper I might go home. Almost same price as competition. Even the juice did not have enough sugar but it was good. I do t mind it just giving review so one can know what they are about o get into. $13.15 for the big bowl and then $3 for drink which they have 4 flavors.

From start to finish everything missed the mark: The hummus was bland and tasted like someone forgot the spices. The doma (dolmas) were disappointing and didn't have the rich flavor they should. Even the baklava, which should be a sweet highlight, was dry, lackluster, and honestly not enjoyable. The Turkish coffee was so bitter it was almost undrinkable -- if you like bitter coffee, maybe it's your thing, but it wasn't what I expected. They market themselves as Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisine, but what I ate didn't come close to what I'd consider good food in that category. My stomach was still growling afterward -- and not in a "I want more" way, but in a "why did I eat this?" way. The staff and service were fine and the atmosphere is pretty, but at the end of the day it's just not worth it when the food itself is so underwhelming. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for authentic or tasty Turkish/Middle Eastern food.

The atmosphere is cozy, elegant, and inviting -- exactly the kind of place where you instantly feel at home, whether you're there for a quiet dinner or celebrating with friends. The quality of the food was outstanding across the board. I ordered the Sultani Kebab, which was perfectly grilled, beautifully seasoned, and incredibly tender -- every bite melted in my mouth. My friend had the Lamb Shank, and it was equally phenomenal: slow-cooked to perfection, falling off the bone, and bursting with rich, authentic Persian flavors. The saffron rice was fluffy and fragrant, the bread was fresh and warm, and even the appetizers and salads showed real care and attention to detail. We literally cleaned our plates -- not a grain of rice left behind! What truly elevated the experience, though, was the service. Musa, the manager, is in a league of his own. Despite the restaurant being absolutely packed on the night we visited, he handled everything with grace, professionalism, and a genuine smile. He made sure we were seated quickly, checked in on us throughout the meal, and made every single guest feel like a VIP. Musa and his team are a powerhouse -- incredibly strong, well-coordinated, attentive, and passionate about what they do. You can tell they take real pride in their work, and that energy radiates throughout the entire restaurant. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the generous portions, the premium quality of the ingredients, and the top-tier service. It's rare to find a place that nails all three -- food, ambiance, and hospitality -- but Ravagh absolutely does. My friends and I left feeling completely satisfied, well-fed, and already planning our next visit. If you're looking for authentic Persian cuisine in a warm, welcoming setting with a team that truly cares, Ravagh is the place. To drink, I ordered the Tehrani Mule; a take on the moscow with a house made ginger lime juice. 8/10; a tad watery. We decided to go family style with ordering and chose the mediterranean salad, kotlet, and falafel to start. The falafel was perfectly crisp with a slightly smoky outer crust that added really great texture and flavor. A bit dry tho -- Needed the hummus and Mezze Platter to dress it up a little. Salad was refreshing, crispy and a great palette cleanser across the table. The combo platter + mixed rice was fabulous. Chicken was tender and came right off the bone (something I'm new to but it was good!). It came with a side of tzatziki and persian zhoug (?) - a minty and herby chutney that just added another layer to the aromatics of the dish. Although the rice was great, it was a really large portion even for the group of 5. It would've been nice to have the option to split to a half portion of vegetables or different grain to balance quantity. Overall 8.9/10 - Definitely worth a visit with a group for business dinner or catching up on a friend's night out. The service is great, everyone is super attentive and you can really feel that the food with made with love. So glad I tried this place and I'll be back to give their dolmeh and dessert a taste!
