We mutually agreed on 4pm specifically bc our son goes to sleep between 6-7pm and we wanted everything from the party cleaned up before that. - The fact that it fell over again AFTER your employee supposedly fixed it, says it all. We had to go find bags of gravel to try to keep it standing during the middle of our party. - We did not leave her "equipment" in the street. My wife picked the balloons up at 6pm and confirmed that the balloons would last until the next day. Well, the balloons did not. I called Angel's and they took care of the problem right away. They even went to their shop well before normal opening hours and made sure we had the replacement balloons in time to decorate for the party. Angel's is a small, simple operation that I would recommend for basic party/event requirements.
