Amazing business and service. They were on time, the bouncy was clean, and the owners were super friendly throughout. We also appreciated their fair rate compared to other establishments who offer similar rentals. read more

From the moment I reached out about renting a bouncer for my daughter's birthday, David(who I assume is the owner or manager) was in touch with me during the whole rental process. He made sure to call and communicate, sent me a very informative invoice over e-mail and also gave me a discount on another similar bounce house because the one I was trying to rent got rented literally 30 seconds before I could submit my request online. We had our party at Lake Dixon, and the man who dropped off the bouncer was also so incredibly friendly! He met us there, after communicating with us that he was on the way to the lake, did the entire set up, made it stress free me! At pick up time, he let me know he was on the way to the lake, and took everything down and left very quickly. The whole process was so efficient and I'd suggest them to absolutely anyone. I do want to mention that Lake Dixon require jumping permits, another thing that North County Jumpers completely handled for me. They're amazing, please utilize their services if you ever can. read more

Great communication, on time delivery and pick up, and the bouncy house and generator were in great condition.

My rating is based purely on their ability to fulfill a common north county order type: Parks! Unfortunately Covid hit them pretty hard, so they can't afford the insurance required at Carlsbad city and park recs. The owner was nice enough to reach out regarding my concerns and explain their situation. Also unfortunately I don't recommend them for those of us who can't afford a home owner situation for their party, because they can't fulfill your order. Hopefully they will put disclaims on their site to prevent other parents from wasting time and hoping to have a reservation with them only to get a decline of service response. Best wishes to your business and hopefully things pick up for your family soon. read more

Ok so I gotta say I am so impressed with everything. First of all we went with David because his company has the most diverse selection of bounce houses. His company is an approved vendor by all of the parks too. He showed up early and set up without a fuss. He is super friendly and chatty, but then got to work. I didn't have to do anything but pay him. He was familiar with the park so he already knew where to set up. It was great. The bounce house was pretty cool. We got a monster truck one with a slide and even a basketball hoop. It was definitely a hit with the kids, my son thought it was the best thing ever. It was also very clean! Then he came on time to pick it up. He went in and cleaned it really well, which explains why the equipment was so clean in the first place, and then packed it and went on his way. I'm really happy with everything. Thank you. read more

Easy to contact and schedule. We had to make minor changes to table/chair that we rented along the bouncy house- Dave was very accommodating and added/removed tables & chairs til the week before our event. On the date of the birthday party, after the bouncy house was set up and the driver left, we had to move it for weather related issues and Dave himself came within 30 minutes to deflate and relocate the bouncy house. Awesome service, and very easy to communicate. Would totally go with this company for future parties. read more

Company is reliable and quick to respond. The bouncy house was a big hit at the birthday party. Highly recommend.

Punctual, insured, jumpy was in great condition. What else can I say, we had fun...............

North County Jumpers was very easy to book and work with! Other local companies have pretty high minimum monetary requirements but North County Jumpers did not. We rented a jumper, two long tables, and 20 chairs. They dropped off the jumper early (9am) and we had it all day (6pm) which made my kids so happy! They were very quick and efficient upon pick-up. I will definitely use them again in the future. read more

I just emailed to inquire about services and the owner or whoever responds to emails was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Rented a bounce house and tables and chairs for 9 year and of twins birthday, they were here exactly when they said they would be. Set up was quick and easy. They came, got it all up and going and were gone before I knew it. Pick up was just as quick and efficient. We had a good chance of a rain out. dDavid let us know a couple of days in advance that we may have to cancel due to rain. Then bright and early on party day they let us know it was a go. Seemed like they went above and beyond keeping us posted. As it turned out they dis get to come. The kids all had so much fun. I am positive that yesterday was a day they will ALWAYS remember. I had no idea what an amazing idea this was. Many many thanks read more

North County Jumpers is one of the most friendly and efficient companies I have worked with. Every thing about our experience was first class. David was always available to answer any questions and payment was easy. The tank arrived and the young men that delivered it were polite, informative and truly interested in our non-profit charity, Canine Companions for Independence providing extraordinary highly trained service dogs to people with disabilities and facilities for free. David and his crew provided us with service for a fun activity for us to raise money for our 2017 DogFest Walk n Roll. They arrived and picked up exactly in the time frame planned. Thank you to you, David and your crew. read more

North County Jumpers is the best! We are getting ready to use them again for the third or fourth time. They are very responsive to inquiries and help you reserve your reservation quickly for your event. The last party we used them, it turned out to be a very rainy morning. I was worried we weren't going to get to have a jumper. They were very good at updating that morning that they were waiting for the rain to subside before delivering. It finally stopped raining just enough and they successfully delivered it just in time for our party. Some companies would have just cancelled your order because it was damp out.... but North County Jumpers did everything they could up to the last minute to see if they could still safely deliver on a damp day. I highly recommend these guys and we will use them for every kids party we have! read more

I get to see this company and its owner every Sunday at the Webb Park Farmers Market. Not only is David a very kind and sincere man, but you can tell he loves what he does. I had the pleasure of talking to him about his company for a bit last Sunday. He's always on time with setting up (something that is so important when it comes to jumpers - I've heard such sad stories about other companies). Even though kids get sad when it's time for the jumper to be packed up, David is always polite and reassures them that they can always jump another time. Kudos to this company for having such a great owner! I'm sure his business will continue to grow just for this reason alone. Their website is amazing too - so many jumpers! And lots and lots of extra fun equipment for events. And their prices are very reasonable too. And the fact that it's a local company is completely reassuring to me. I've definitely found the jumper company I'll be using now on in the future. read more

Found N. County Jumpers online via "The Google" and I must say I was very impressed with their entire process. They gave me all the information I needed up-front and everyone was very easy to work with. They were very accommodating to our setup time change which we requested, and Miguel was our "setup" guy. He was very friendly, easy to work, with very nice guy. I have already referred N. County Jumpers to our friend who's having a birthday for their daughter next weekend! I will be using their services again in the future. *i did pay cash, but had I wanted to use my cc, i believe there would have been a 5% sur-charge. With that being said, I still gave a 5 star. Was impressed with their operation front to back! Great job folks! read more
