Great jumper. The kids loved it and it was in the perfect price range. The guys came, set it up, cleaned it & tested it which was funny. Then the next morning came, cleaned it, and packed it up.

Huge! It was a hit for our party.

We were satisfied with Escondido Jumpers. They are professional and set up was done quickly. The princess jumper made our daughter's 4th birthday magical. Bounce house was perfectly cleaned, fabulous all around! Kids loved it. Call Tony and he will take care of the rest and your party will be a hit! We will continue to do business with escondido jumpers.

I was very happy with them !! They had great customer service and were very professional. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for future events!! Very affordable, I called around and they had exactly what I wanted for an AMAZING price!! Responded quickly and communicated with every question/concern I had. They made it so easy !! Also for a last minute birthday celebration for my daughter. Assured me with COVID-19 safety aswell Thank u so much Escondido Jumpers !!

What I don't understand is why--after all this time--not one person has reached out to me. My calls have gone unanswered. At this point, it's clear they've chosen to keep my money and hope I just go away. Well, they almost got away with it--but I won't stay silent. The least I can do is share my experience so others can make informed decisions. Times are tough again, and now more than ever, people deserve to work with empathetic, customer-focused companies. Out of all the vendors I worked with--some much smaller businesses, and even The Mission Inn in Riverside--every single one handled things with empathy and integrity. This company did the opposite. I never had a wedding due to COVID. That ship sailed years ago. Suggesting I use the deposit for another event is completely unrealistic. I'm not an event planner--what would I even need rentals for now? If the business chooses to respond here with a long, defensive comment instead of simply doing the right thing, don't be fooled. A polished reply from behind a keyboard doesn't change the fact that they've ignored me for five years. This experience has been deeply disappointing. If they're still holding onto deposits from people who never received a service, it says everything you need to know about how they operate.

Mike had the Cad drawing done for the wedding planners right away. It just was a wonderful team

Their inventory is beautiful (that's why two stars instead of one), which is why selected them for a weekend of multiple Christmas 2023 activities for my boss's family. I won't go into long details and I fully expect a response from the company blaming me (as I see they've done to other reviewers). Basically, they strongly lack in internal communication as a team, will put substitutions on your order without telling you (and then deliver them anyway), will not care if they mess up, and promise to order custom color linens (that they offered to do) but then you find out day-of that they don't have them. They may even be spiteful as to not reply to urgent messages the day before the first event...and a threaten, at 8pm the night before Christmas Eve, to not show up. As an event planner knows, sometimes clients don't give detail decisions until the last minute. A professional, experienced rental company knows how to go with the flow and works as a team to make the event great. Especially when they're making near five figures, plus generous delivery gratuities at each delivery. These are not experienced professionals. They probably thought I forgot to write this review, as I told them I would do. I stayed calm and respectful during the process (over fear they really wouldn't show up, due to their attitude). But I am obviously still resentful as I plan this year's events. I wanted to be sure other event planners were warned to look elsewhere....as I am doing this year. The first time I met with Mike I told him I wanted something beautiful but with a "wow" factor. Boy, did he deliver! He and Gloria were so incredible to work with. They were so knowledgeable and full of incredible ideas. There was nothing they couldn't source for me. I had many meetings and phone calls with them and they were both ALWAYS very professional and happy to brain storm with me. Truly they went above and beyond to make sure everything was PERFECT! The staff that handled the installation were also incredible. Professional and hard working. The night of the event, the head of the installation crew stayed at the event in case of any hiccups. Of course there weren't any. I told Mike at our first meeting that I was worried about rain and cool weather. Mike suggested a clear tent that held our 200 guests. They installed three GORGEOUS crystal chandeliers in the tent, sheer white fabric draping and market lights. There is no other word than "magic" to describe the inside of the tent. The light in the tent kept changing as the sun went down. Then when it was dark, the market lights and chandeliers reflected off the clear tent ceiling. Wow, wow, wow. The chandeliers were also on dimmers so we could turn them down slightly when it was time to dance. In order to make sure my guests were not cold, Mike installed a forced air heater in the tent that was controlled with a thermostat. The temperature was perfect! We also rented all our tables, chairs, linens, dishes, cutlery, drinking glasses, bar setup, easels, yard games and oversized lighted letters from Allies. Everything was in perfect condition. It's been three months since our wedding but we still have the largest smiles on our faces. Thank you, thank you Allies and More Party Rental. Working with you was our best decision!
