Action Bounce Co was the absolute best pick for my daughter's birthday party. They were able to accommodate us last minute (2 weeks before) with a great sized bouncer. The day of the event, they were on time and quick to set up. Francisco helped with making sure our bouncer was set up where we needed it and was there on time to pick it up. The bouncer itself was absolutely a blast for the kids. It had a basket ball hoop in the corner, which was a surprise, and they loved it. We had about 8 kids bouncing in there at most times and it held up no issues. I highly recommend this company! read more

I've used this company multiple times for birthday parties! Also, recently, I have been booking this company for larger neighborhood events (fall and winter festivals). They have so many great options for bounce houses, and I recently booked their rock climbing wall (which was a hit at a neighborhood event!). Also, they have great options for concessions - I've rented their popcorn machine -super easy to use! Fantastic experience. This was a first time renting and everything was great. Equipment was in very good shape, the communication was excellent (never had to worry if they forgot about me), added table and chairs last minute and Daria was happy to help out and the delivery guys he used were extra courteous and helpful. To top it off other parents were asking what company we used because the equipment was in such good shape and the delivery of chairs and tables isn't a common thing. We will be using them again without any hesitation. Thank you Action Bounce Co. for the wonderful service. read more

We hired them for the first time, but from the first call to the very last one, they helped us through all our queries and made sure that our every request was met. Daria was awesome at responding to emails and even came to see if the bouncy would fit in our backyard as that was one of our concern. It was a great gesture. The bouncy castle arrived on time, and most importantly it was clean and packed properly. You could tell that it belongs to a legit proper company who cares what they deliver to their customers. The person who set up the bouncy, was respectful and was prompt. We even hired a canopy and a regular table and small tables for the kids and chairs. The set up was done by them and they cleared it up promptly too once our party was done. We will definitely be giving our business to them again and again. And I have recommended them to my friends at the party too. Great Job! Thank You so much. read more

We were so happy with the service and quality of the bounce house! We had a bunch of 2-7 year old children coming over on the 4th of July, and we decided to rent a bounce house. Our property has a bizarre layout, so I didn't know what would fit and where. Daria was very professional and so helpful when the other companies weren't. The guys who delivered it (John?) arrived early so my kids got some extra time in the bounce house. They were super friendly and efficient. The bounce house was clean and in great condition.
