Then I received a confirmation email. Payment was easy to make, they provided answers to questions that I had not even asked yet! I received a text on the day of the event that they were on their way and confirmed when they would be back to pick up. Delivery was prompt, quick set up, friendly and courteous delivery person. The items were picked up when the event was over and again, quick pickup and friendly! I would highly recommend San Diego Bouncers!!!

I've dealt with plenty of rental companies over the years, but the quality of equipment here is…read moretruly impressive. The inflatables were spotless and looked practically brand new, which is a huge relief when hosting a large crowd. You can tell they take hygiene and maintenance seriously they spent a significant amount of time deep-cleaning everything right on-site. The only reason I'm not giving a full five stars is that the scheduling took a bit longer to finalize than I expected. However, once the logistics were sorted, the execution was flawless. If you prioritize getting high-quality, sanitized gear for your guests, this team is definitely a reliable pick. I'd certainly use them again for future family gatherings!

From the moment I reached out about renting a bouncer for my daughter's birthday, David(who I…read moreassume is the owner or manager) was in touch with me during the whole rental process. He made sure to call and communicate, sent me a very informative invoice over e-mail and also gave me a discount on another similar bounce house because the one I was trying to rent got rented literally 30 seconds before I could submit my request online. We had our party at Lake Dixon, and the man who dropped off the bouncer was also so incredibly friendly! He met us there, after communicating with us that he was on the way to the lake, did the entire set up, made it stress free me! At pick up time, he let me know he was on the way to the lake, and took everything down and left very quickly. The whole process was so efficient and I'd suggest them to absolutely anyone. I do want to mention that Lake Dixon require jumping permits, another thing that North County Jumpers completely handled for me. They're amazing, please utilize their services if you ever can.

If you're an event planner, this review is for you. If you're just ordering a few pieces, you'll…read moreprobably be fine. Their inventory is beautiful (that's why two stars instead of one), which is why selected them for a weekend of multiple Christmas 2023 activities for my boss's family. I won't go into long details and I fully expect a response from the company blaming me (as I see they've done to other reviewers). Basically, they strongly lack in internal communication as a team, will put substitutions on your order without telling you (and then deliver them anyway), will not care if they mess up, and promise to order custom color linens (that they offered to do) but then you find out day-of that they don't have them. They may even be spiteful as to not reply to urgent messages the day before the first event...and a threaten, at 8pm the night before Christmas Eve, to not show up. As an event planner knows, sometimes clients don't give detail decisions until the last minute. A professional, experienced rental company knows how to go with the flow and works as a team to make the event great. Especially when they're making near five figures, plus generous delivery gratuities at each delivery. These are not experienced professionals. They probably thought I forgot to write this review, as I told them I would do. I stayed calm and respectful during the process (over fear they really wouldn't show up, due to their attitude). But I am obviously still resentful as I plan this year's events. I wanted to be sure other event planners were warned to look elsewhere....as I am doing this year. I truly hate writing negative posts, but this is what I read reviews for as well.
