What I liked most about this company was that Sylvia gave me a quote along with different ideas and packages to choose from. Instead of me having to tell a company exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend, I really liked having different options and packages to choose from. It made the whole process so much easier. We hired Sylvia for our daughter's 18th birthday party for about 25 people, and everything was perfect. They came early in the morning on the day of the event and set everything up, then came back about an hour before the party started with the food. Everything was right on time and looked amazing. The food was delicious as well, and we had plenty of leftovers. Not one complaint about the food, and these were 18-year-old girls, so that says a lot! We also had a photo booth and the telephone where the girls could leave private messages for the birthday girl. That was such a fun and special touch and ended up being one of my favorite things. Aesthetically, everything looked beautiful, and I'll add some pictures so you can see for yourself. Everyone we worked with from Sylvia's company was professional, friendly, and very efficient. At one point, the wind knocked over some of the photo booth decorations, and they came over right away and fixed everything without us even having to worry about it. One other thing I loved about working with Sylvia is that she is a Navy veteran. If supporting a veteran-owned business is important to you, this is a great way to do it while also getting an amazing product and service. The first time I met with Mike I told him I wanted something beautiful but with a "wow" factor. Boy, did he deliver! He and Gloria were so incredible to work with. They were so knowledgeable and full of incredible ideas. There was nothing they couldn't source for me. I had many meetings and phone calls with them and they were both ALWAYS very professional and happy to brain storm with me. Truly they went above and beyond to make sure everything was PERFECT! The staff that handled the installation were also incredible. Professional and hard working. The night of the event, the head of the installation crew stayed at the event in case of any hiccups. Of course there weren't any. I told Mike at our first meeting that I was worried about rain and cool weather. Mike suggested a clear tent that held our 200 guests. They installed three GORGEOUS crystal chandeliers in the tent, sheer white fabric draping and market lights. There is no other word than "magic" to describe the inside of the tent. The light in the tent kept changing as the sun went down. Then when it was dark, the market lights and chandeliers reflected off the clear tent ceiling. Wow, wow, wow. The chandeliers were also on dimmers so we could turn them down slightly when it was time to dance. In order to make sure my guests were not cold, Mike installed a forced air heater in the tent that was controlled with a thermostat. The temperature was perfect! We also rented all our tables, chairs, linens, dishes, cutlery, drinking glasses, bar setup, easels, yard games and oversized lighted letters from Allies. Everything was in perfect condition. It's been three months since our wedding but we still have the largest smiles on our faces. Thank you, thank you Allies and More Party Rental. Working with you was our best decision!

Tuesday of the dinner week rolled around, and sure enough, the rain was confirmed for Thursday. I reached out to what felt like 1 million different companies, and most of the quotes were fairly high for a canopy. I found Arael Events here on yelp, and then I went to social media to see if I could find additional tagged photos of events they've done. Not that I needed an elaborate set up, but I wanted to make sure that the set up looked nice and that it would withstand the weather and wind. Her quote came in significantly lower than most other companies, and that included canopy walls, a string of lights down the center, as well as set up and teardown. They are quick, professional, and friendly! When I find a company that I believe in, they have my full support! I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to rent for their events, so much so that after my event, they took down the canopy, and transported it just down the road to a friend's place for their weekend event, AND I booked them again for our team the following week.
