As my videos and photos show, the heads just sit at ground level and sputter water directly into the dirt and rocks, forcing me to manually water the area. Inconsistent Coverage: The new spiral heads fail to provide even water distribution. Despite regular watering schedules, the yard now has several clearly visible brown, under-watered spots right next to perfectly green, healthy grass. Poor Professional Advice: When I reached out regarding the dry spots, Toby's recommendation was to drastically increase the watering time to 24-30 minutes per zone.

Working with base housing is so difficult due to base housing having a gross lack of communication and follow through but we finally got a couple guys out from Masterpiece Construction to complete the repairs. So Masterpiece Construction sent out Micah and Dal. They were so nice and very quick and efficient. They had great communication and did everything beautifully like the damage never happened as you can see with the in progress and after pictures. They cleaned up and didn't leave a single trace of any construction work in my home. He swept and mopped which he didn't have to do but it was much appreciated.
