No response to request for technological assistance (provided at no charge per purchase/work order) was provided either. No delivery receipt was given to us when the fencing materials arrived. It took a while to find a contractor by ourselves. The contractor inventoried the material, and it appears that some pieces needed for installation may be missing. There are also some pieces that may not be for our project. We asked for installation instructions. Nothing provided. Quick to take our money. Slow to provide good customer service.

Workers etiquette was not appropriate, rubber slippers, no safety equipment like safety glasses when busting old driveway. Messing up front curb and asphalt road with equipment. Needed to explain work procedures, like the footing for the carport columns, and installing rebar reinforcements, other stuff that they should already know. Good thing I was at home to watch over them. Had to point out that carport columns were not vertical. Had to tell them that they needed to install hurricane clips to the carport columns and carport roof, and they wanted to charge extra. I told them that is included in cost, being that they removed the existing for replacement. The driveway had shoe prints. thought it was just dirt, but when went to was down driveway found out it was shoe prints left there after the finishing. Left a mess which I needed to clean up and dump into the trash.After going through all that, don't want them to do any more work on my property.

It's a mixed review based on observations from myself and spouse. There was a rude woman asking "what are you doing?" and complaining about me posting pictures with her in it... ok understood! Reading other reviews I guess this welcoming approach is normal. We needed 3 window screens made up, not a stock size, and hubby had been here before and was satisfied so came back. They said a few days, but they were ready the next day, which was a pleasant surprise. It wasn't cheap, ($55 per window screen) but I guess that's the price you pay for quick service. So, all in all the service was good, the product was good, but the personal service left a lot to be desired. It might be a good idea to shop around and see what other places offer.
