These guys are reasonable, but you have to be very careful. You have to get everything. And I mean…read moreeverything in writing. If you have a drawing, have them sign off on the drawing that they would do exactly what the drawing says. Confirm what type of Rock you will be getting. and demand it when it arrives on site. Do not let them use blue rock with the promise to stain it. Make sure all the rocks are cleaned prior to installation. Mine had mud and a lot of the rocks fell off because of that. Make sure you call for at least 6 inches of compacted gravel below grade level. Do not let them talk you out of that Get in writing how thick your wall will be. Every single dimension needs to be verified. Confirm pressure washing is with a pressure washer and not just a hose. You'll have to oversee everything to ensure you get good quality. I had to bring out my own levels because things were not level. I suggest using brown stain instead of the black stain that they recommended. Unless you want black grout. ensure they're using the correct mix of sand and concrete. A lot of mine was way too much sand and was very weak. make sure all underground utilities are marked prior to them arriving. And watch to make sure they do not dig into them. The biggest problem on my job was there was no good supervision on site. Oh, and make sure that cleaning up every day is in the contract so there's no tracks in the sidewalk and street. Good luck.

Seemed confident they could finish in one day. Matthew was very accommodating in meeting with the neighbors to assure them there would be minimal impact/disruption to their properties. There was a mixup in the lift provided and they needed a bigger lift. Matthew assured me it would be fixed at no additional costs to us. Thank you Matthew. Justus, Loa, Kaipo and Karl, were on site early to start on the project. Once the machinery issues with the lift were solved, they had the project done in a couple of hours. Took me up close to inspect the work and fixed another spot that was bothering me. So good to have this done. Want our building to last another 20 years and I feel this repair will insure this doesn't happen again. The crew had a lot of pride in their work. Concrete work seems to be good, and we will see how good as time passes…read more Now for our yard and the cleanup - not so good. The company has been contacted but has not replied nor corrected the issues. Team members dumped concrete under tree near street and left it. All grass dug out was not hauled away as specified in written agreement - Haul away debris (grass, dirt, bricks, gravel) $11K paint job ruined by workers - smudges on trim, siding not cleaned off, not good. Excess concrete in front yard near gate not cleaned up. Excess concrete was dumped in river rocks in front yard, another cleanup not done. Dirt, rocks (gravel-which was supposed to be hauled away according to written agreement), and concrete pieces piled against concrete and grass all around house, - not what we paid for. Most of the gravel was spread everywhere by the team - including all over remaining grass in places it never was before, now someone has to remove all the rocks. Beer cans were left in my yard by team, maybe allowing workers to drink on the job lends to yard destruction. One member of the team decided to urinate in the corner of backyard. Concrete residue and dirt were left all over in front of house, no attempt was made to cleanup. Team left mud and mud prints on sidewalks road and in neighbor's yard. Work completed by this company's team needs a lot of improvement. Ask me about the concrete - I would rate good, only time will tell. But be prepared to have your yard and paint on your house if you hire this team.
