Public transportation - thumbs up for not having to drive into the city in traffic. Even with the $25.00 fee - if I forget, not that I plan on it since I have 2 reminder alarms, is still cheaper than paying parking in downtown Boston. If no driver wants to do it, they will wait until the actual pick-up time to tell you no one is coming. Then you are screwed,of course. Now try to contact customer service about it . All you'll get is a bot that will keep you going around in circles. It will not give you a customer service number. I would say it was terrible service but there is no service there at all.

Driver was at my house right on time. He was friendly (and funny). I haven't used taxis in a while (since Uber and Lift) but those are harder to come by in the burbs.
