Today is the first time I rode commuter rail into town since a very long time. Upon looking at the parking availability during weekdays between the nearby 3 stations, Framingham MBTA won with the highest probability of have an empty spot.
+1 for finding a parking spot right away.
+1 for $4 for parking, and can be conveniently paid from the phone app.
+1 for the really nice conductor.
+1 for the kind person who pointed me to the inbound train that came via the outbound tracks.
-1 for really confusing signs, the inbound train came from the outbound tracks.
-1 for delayed 20 min without much indication unless you are tracking it real time on the phone.
-1 for being rather sketchy place in general, but didn't feel threatened at anytime. Didn't actually take the return trip but probably wouldn't do it alone at night.
-1 for $17 roundtrip from Boston, I guess this is the first time I rode the train since the fare hike so it was a '-WOW- this is as expensive as the valet parking I would have paid in Boston', but saved me an hour of potential road rage time which would have killed off more than a few brain cells. read more
