Our driver didn't pick us up for our return trip and all guests had to order Ubers. I worked with Elena Tarasova, and she assured me that she would be sending a refund for 50% of our payment (almost $700 refund) since we didn't receive the service, which, honestly, is the least she could do. We never received it, and upon follow-up emails and multiple messages communicating that she was "speaking to their accountant" or "having a check mailed," she has stopped responding. I do not recommend and if you do choose to book with them, be cautious. I see this is not the only review of them not coming for the return trip - how are they still in business?! read more

I have called and left voicemails, sent multiple emails, and filled out the form on their website and have yet to get a response or speak to an actual human at this company. I filled out the form on their website to get a quote and I got an email saying they'd be reaching out to me in a few days, well it's been a week. I get that companies are busy and short staffed, but come on! I've dealt with other bus companies who get back within a couple of days, so it's not that hard. What is the deal? Edit: I was able to get a hold of Jackie Lyles who was very kind and receptive to our concern of our sales rep not returning emails. She quickly refunded us in full, apologized profusely as she knows weddings are important and contacted her boss to inform him of the situation and lack of response from our sales rep. Unfortunately I must give a poor review for Metropolitan Shuttle. They started off great by quickly responding to my inquire about their service, getting a quote to me and by providing me with the details of the driver. Where they fail is when they sent me a charter bus to shuttle our wedding guests that did not fit on the roads when my contract says a 13 person shuttle bus! We contacted them to find a solution and was told they had nothing smaller available as all the vans were in for service. I have been emailing and calling to get a refund as they did not provide a service for us and no one is answering! This company is horrible. I was originally quoted $1425 for an executive minibus. We had to cancel our trip and reschedule. When I reached out to rebook a few weeks later, the price was $2195. We were in a bind at that point, so I paid it. Day of pickup, a huge, tattered and torn, charter bus arrives at our hotel to pick up our executives. The bus sat 57 people and was in poor condition. When I called our rep, Elena Tarasova, there was no answer. Several times I tried. Then I called the office directly and got Jackie, who is a saint. She was the after hours person and tried to get me in touch with Elena and her manager, Ben Knowlton. She called them several times and checked back with me several times to ensure they contacted me. They never did. All day I never heard back from either of them. I didn't hear anything the next day either, or the next several days. Until I got an email with the final receipt ($2,282.80). I then sent an email to Elena telling her what a terrible experience I had and asking about a refund since we had not been given what we had paid for. Ben contacted me the next day saying they could give me $250. The difference between the luxury executive minibus I paid for ($2,282.80) and the low quality charter bus I received ($750) is $1,532.80. This company is terrible. Do not use them!! read more

I had a fantastic experience with Metropolitan Shuttle this week. I had multiple clients meeting in Montreal to tour several Municipal Water Sites in the area. I needed to transport 10 people to multiple locations throughout the day. The booking experience was very easy and the driver arrived as scheduled early Monday morning. So "Will D" had a good experience, and his likely paid for ad, errr, review of Metropolitan Shuttle is going to defend them as a third party charter service. Here's the rub, Will, they hire the shuttles, therefore if they hire a bad shuttle service and sell it to you, they are just as at fault for not having properly vetted the service they are selling. Your "review" is ridiculous. These folks hired Urban Express for a group of WV school kids last week. The buses that Metropolitan Shuttle provided were staffed by dangerous and unprofessional drivers. To take a field trip with buses full of children. After multiple 911 calls about the buses running off the road and swerving all over the road were made, Hardy County sheriff deputies caught up with the buses, found the drivers groggy and unfit to drive, and the kids were stranded and their field trip essentially ruined, until school buses from a neighboring county were called out to generously help those poor kids. Upon parents and media calling Urban Express, the outfit that provided the buses, when they did get anyone to return calls, they just directed them to call Metropolitan Shuttle. Therefore, Metropolitan Shuttle, as the COMPANY THAT SELLS THE SERVICE, it responsible for the product they are selling. How's that for transparency? DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!! Metropolitan Shuttle was booked for my wedding on 7/17/21 for a pick up time at 2:30pm to shuttle my guests from parking to wedding venue. We ordered a 13/15 passenger Sprinter van as the roads are narrow getting to the venue. At 2:30pm a giant coach bus arrives unable to even make it into the driveway. It took 2.5 hours of calling other companies to get the appropriate shuttle to arrive (from a different company). Metropolitan Shuttle charged us full price for being nearly 3 hours late. My guests were shuttling other guests to my wedding when I paid for transportation, in turn delaying my entire day. I have emailed, called and emailed again with zero response to my refund or the situation in general. We used them in October, November 2023 and January 2024 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. They outsource or contract local buses in Albuquerque. October and November no issues but in January there was no notification that our driver was going to be late. The driver was not there as promised, contracted and paid for in full, with a mandatory gratuity. Metropolitan Shuttle office in MD has personal cell phones and emails. Local drivers are also given personal cell phone of the person who is the contact for the event that hired the bus. Our event was very time specific and when calling their base office trying to confirm if our bus was going to show we got nowhere with dispatch and the emergency line. They showed up 30 minutes late. After our event I contacted the main office explaining we had to pay extra to the facility that we were renting due to the delay of the bus driver, and I asked how they were going to address this for us. Nothing. I kept following up since we had to pay extra for their delay. After several emails I requested to receive a refund of the mandatory gratuity I never ever got a response from them. To this date May 6, 2024, they have never responded back, huge disappointment in their customer service and resolving issues. I would not have used them again but we had paid in full our bus service with them in February 2024 already so I could not look elsewhere. read more

This is my first Yelp review ever, but my horrible experience with Metropolitan Shuttle made it necessary. HORRENDOUS. I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. My (now) mother-in-law booked two shuttle buses to bring our guests to/from the ceremony. One showed up. No phone call. No notification that half of our 160+ guests would have no transportation. Instead, many ended up taking ubers, piling into cars, and even couple of our friends who smushed into a car with my parents, in-laws and our huge floral arrangements. And the wife of the couple is pregnant. They had 3 different contact details from our end - myself, our day-of wedding coordinator, and my mother-in-law. But not one of us received a text, call, voicemail, or even an email. ALSO, this follows them screwing up the booking details early on via email because there were two reservations on the same day under the same last name (two different clients). After confirming that my future father-in-law's name was not, in fact, "Mike," you would think that they would be extra cautious to make sure our booking went smoothly. To quote our Metropolitan sales contact two days before my wedding: "Everything will go fine." No. No, it did not. Not at all. My mother-in-law was in tears on the day that her son was getting married. I oversee events for a living and I've never experienced such horrible and blatant disregard for professionalism. DO. NOT. We hired Metropolitan Shuttle for our wedding reception in Denver, and experience with extremely odd and very disappointing. We booked a school bus to transport guests from our wedding venue to a post-reception "after party". Norbert, the salesperson we worked with, wouldn't provide the driver's information until 24 hours prior to our event start date. This email never arrived, despite a few follow-up attempts. It's also quite difficult to manage and monitor your email inbox in those 24 hours before your wedding. Norbert also frantically called us around 4pm the day before our wedding saying that our final payment hadn't been charged and that they would cancel the bus if we didn't reconfirm our credit card number. We had provided CC info months before the wedding, and the final payment was due 7 days before the event (I suppose I incorrectly assumed it would be charged to my card automatically, but they seemed to have forgotten and were scrambling to get our money). While on the phone with them, it sounded like they were operating out of someone's house - people yelling in the background, pots and pans clanging. Not professional. The driver arrived on time, but he clearly had a mental instability. He didn't have a sense of direction, when we asked to play music he pulled over and whipped out a boombox, and when he dropped us off he wouldn't let us get off the bus until he could stand in the middle of the road and stop traffic from both directions on the street. Our guests were uncomfortable - it was funny in the days afterwards, but it was definitely a weird experience and not the way we wanted to end an otherwise amazing wedding reception. Not worth the money or the last-minute stress. Definitely DO NOT book with Metropolitan Shuttle. read more

We hired Metropolitan Shuttle to transport guests to/from our wedding and it was by far the WORST decision we made. We would have been better off without any guest transportation at all. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone for any reason and would give negative stars if I could. MS is extremely difficult to get in contact with. They rarely return phone messages, and if they do there is an excessive delay. We had to repeatedly call them until someone finally answered the phone. Then, if the person you reach is it not the person assigned to your contract, they will either ask you to call back or attempt to end the conversation as soon as possible (even if they did not answer your question). This was problematic, as our contact went on vacation for two weeks right before our wedding and did not coordinate coverage, tell us, or set an away email/message. This company also has very poor record keeping and coordination. As we finalized our wedding timeline, we reached out to them (with plenty of notice) to update our pickup and departure times by 15 minutes. Our contact person never replied to our emails or calls, and we ended up having to talk to two other people to get this update confirmed. We also sent this information via email (sent to every MS contact we had just to be safe). We then called again the day before our wedding to review these details (pickup, departure, and location addresses) and were assured that everything was in order. On the day of our wedding, one of the buses arrived 15 minutes late to the pickup location and did not leave until a guest pointed out that they were late and needed to get to the ceremony. Then, this driver went to the WRONG drop off location, despite guests trying to tell him otherwise. Instead, he turned down a narrow, dirt road on private property and insisted to the guests that this was the correct way. Not surprisingly, the bus got stuck because this was NOT the correct place and the bus was too wide for the road. The bus driver reportedly spent over 30 minutes trying to get the bus unstuck and turned around. The guests had to get off the bus and stand in a field, fully dressed in their wedding attire. At some point, the owner of the property also became involved and attempted to help the driver turn the bus around. However, the driver did not follow the owner's instructions and ended up driving over areas of land that the owner specifically asked him to avoid out of concern that it would damage the septic system. The driver also hit a hill and a stone/gravel pathway, causing damage to the bus. With this, the landowner became extremely upset at the driver and started yelling at him to get off his property immediately before he ruined anything else. My wedding guests had to witness all of this and some even made video recordings of what occurred because it was so concerning. More importantly, this ordeal delayed the entire wedding by 45 minutes because some of the guests on this bus were a part of the ceremony and we could not proceed without them. Meanwhile, other guests were already at the venue so they and the entire wedding party were just waiting for almost an hour. Furthermore, this not only delayed the ceremony time, but the ENTIRE WEDDING timeline then had to get pushed back and cut short, including time spent in cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. At the end of the evening, this same bus driver attempted to leave the venue ONE HOUR EARLY at 11pm, when we had confirmed on several occasions that the bus would not depart until 12am. It is unclear to me where this driver got 11am, as this time had never been discussed (initially it was 11:45pm, and then changed to 12:00am). The driver reportedly had an email from someone at his company indicating the departure was 11pm and refused to accept that this was incorrect. Staff at the venue tried to explain to the driver that he was incorrect, but he refused to listen and insisted on leaving right then. Ultimately, the venue staff had to get the groom's father involved, who told he driver he would physically block the bus from leaving if he had to, and that it was unacceptable to leave guests stranded. The drive eventually agreed to leave at 11:30pm (still 30 minutes earlier than we had contracted for). Because of this, we had to cut short the entire wedding celebration and reception by 30 minutes and do the sendoff/goodbye so that the guests riding this bus would not be stranded at the venue. In short, not only did MS not do the job we had discussed and paid for, but the larger effects of their poor service impacted our entire wedding, cutting it short by a total 1 hour 15 minutes. When we contacted MS they were dismissive and said they would not provide any refund because the service had been provided. This company should be out of business if this is considered "service." Guests waited outside for the shuttle 45 minutes past the pick-up time. We reached out several times to the company after our wedding to express concerns, and they did not respond or offer an apology or refund. DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY !! I reached out to Metropolitan Shuttle in September advising my company was planning on doing a trip to NYC and needed a base quote. I was honestly surprised when I had come to learn a lot of people in my office were interested in going. One bus quote changed from 3 - 4 in a matter of weeks. I got a quote that seemed reasonable. I mean they were out quoting the other places I reached out to by a few 1000$ so i figured it must be a good deal right? Wrong. Alusaine Yansaneh, who also goes by Al, was the worst and most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. I had advised him that I would be booking these buses in early November. Not once did he advise that if I wanted to secure them because a possibility of them not being available was to give a deposit. I was told I look forward to working with you. November 11th at 8 am I advised the money was collected and I need buses for 168 people, but i wanted to talk about his paperwork because i had noticed when i reviewed that tolls and parking were not included like they should have been. I did not receive a response from him until Late afternoon the next day which was a Tuesday advising he was not in the office and would be returning Thursday.Thursday morning came around and no response. As he was out I gave him the benefit of the doubt knowing how it is with emails. I emailed him Thursday afternoon advising i had received another quote from a different company who would do the trip all inclusive for $5500.00 Here is where it went downhill and fast... I was advised that there were no buses available for the date of my trip and they could get buses from another area but It would be $7000.00 for this trip all inclusive. My original quote was for this trip was $5,775 without anything included. This was just for the buses....When I called to speak with Al, we went back and fourth for about 5 minutes. I advised him again i received a better quote from another company which he then advised, i suggest you book that company. Two things on this before I continue; one that is a completely unprofessional response and two if i was the owner and found out a representative that worked for me spoke to a potential customer like that you wouldn't have a job. Fast forward to Friday morning, I reached out to Al and advised him that I have meetings from 9 am - 11 am and to please send me the contract to review so that i could make a full payment. I was advised by Al i would receive the contract by 11 am Friday. 11:50 am and still no contract. I emailed and called the rest of the afternoon and no response. Al does not work on the weekends, so here we are today. I spent half my morning trying to pay for these buses and get this handled. Still no word from Al, so I spoke to Ben Knowlton. According to Metropolitan's site Ben has been doing this for over 8 years and he is the Sales Director. He also is completely unprofessional and rude. First he advised "i am aware of your one star rating you gave us." ummm 1 that is not okay to say to someone and 2 if you guys fixed this I would have swallowed any pride and wrote a dispute to my previous review, but this right here proves why it was valid. Ben advised me they had nothing available and that it would be $7000.00. Well first of all Metropolitan's web page and emails end with RECEIVED A LOWER ESTIMATE? Provide a written quote and we will try to beat any competitor's price. I did receive a lower quote....from you and from another company and you did not price match. You should honor the first quote, but besides that I had a written confirmation the buses were available. I was willing to pay in full and sign a contract on Friday, but your rep did not reach out timely. So now my company suffers from it? I forwarded the emails to Ben advising they should honor what was written in the email. An email is almost the same as a contract as its written proof. The email received back was basically there was nothing he could do and they would not honor it. I am completely and utterly shocked that this is how you treat potential customers. I used them for a wine tour with 25 girls in the Finger Lakes. Their customer service was fantastic and the representative we dealt with was very communicative and responsive. Our driver was FANTASTIC and had the perfect disposition to be our wine tour host. The bus we had was older and the radio wouldn't cooperate so we couldn't listen to our bomb playlist we'd created. Luckily, someone had an old Brittney Spears CD in their car which brought us back to our childhood so the radio malfunction wasn't too bad. We paid a $250 deposit to drink alcohol on the bus which was returned in full. The deposit return did take quite a bit of time and required us to email the company who quickly apologized and set up the refund afterwards. Hired busses for wedding transportation. It was a horrible experience, as the driver showed up at the wrong place. By the time the bus got to the actual pickup location, everyone took Ubers and Lyfts. Our wedding ceremony started 30 minutes late. At the end of the night, the Father of thr Bride had it argue with the driver to not leave the venue at the end of the night without a full bus. (There were supposed to be early laps hoke but the driver was taking guests to the wrong hotel, therefore only got 1 half-ass run done, then wanted to do a second run with 7 people 10 minutes before the whole wedding ended. Getting a refund was even a tough process. I'm sure Metropolitan Shuttle contracted out the services in Denver and played a Brooker role, but it still falls back on them. Sharing my review from a recent experience though I see in past years they received mixed reviews--- why in Oakland, CA? I thought it was a local DC bus company? I used Metropolitan Shuttle for a work event to bring 3 groups of students on a field trip. From the start, I was impressed with Cheryl's customer service. She was prompt with giving me a quote and was always available by phone or email to negotiate, discuss, or change plans. I found the service to be prompt and very helpful. We were able to come to a deal that was economical and appropriate for our number of passengers (competition like Chesapeake Charter was at least 15% more expensive) The reservation process was easy and Cheryl was able to answer all my questions. The students were all picked up on time, brought to their destinations, and sent home on time, too. The only thing I would have liked to know were the names of the drivers and their numbers one day before the event. She gave me the number of the dispatcher, but not the direct contact of the drivers which could have been helpful if anything was delayed--thankfully, that wasn't necessary because they were on time. Though I never met the drivers as I was too busy with the event, I recognize that they arrived at the designated locations on time. I will keep them in mind for future events. read more

My company, including myself and approx 20 others, used this shuttle service in Los Angeles while hosting international coworkers and the driver was very clearly untrained and unfamiliar with the city. A ride that was very clearly going to be 60-75 minutes took us more than 100 minutes because of the drivers inability to use navigation tools. In a city like Los Angeles where traffic is a constant, drivers need to either be familiar with the city or trained to use the tools at every drivers disposal. This was significantly worse than that though. This driver took a route that a taxi driver might opt for if he really wanted to screw a passenger over for a higher fare. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere for your chartering needs. 2 stars for prompt arrival and friendly service, but if you ever need to book a travel service I highly recommend that you look elsewhere. read more

Well... after a successful 2018, it looks like this year I've finally fallen into the Metropolitan hellhole described by other reviewers here, thus it's time to change my review and rating (original was five stars). Shoutout to Rich M. who accused me of being paid to write the original - hopefully this changes your mind! For our 2019 travel season I once again booked through Metropolitan and once again was assigned to Ted Notis as an agent. I was in charge of two 12-day bookings for the month of July. Each of these trips has about 7 days of local service in Boston area before going mobile to New York and Washington DC. Ted gave us a solid rate for both bookings and even price-matched a New York-based bus company that offered us a lower rate but would have required housing for Boston portion of the trip. Then, a few days before the trip, due to a booking mistake from our partner agency, we wound up needing to move portions of the itinerary around. I quickly updated the itinerary and sent it to Ted, but received no response at all. I called Metropolitan's customer service line and eventually received a call back from a woman saying the itinerary change was no problem and to just communicate the changes to our driver each day. Turns out it was actually a big problem. The buses cannot accept itinerary changes from the client, only directly from the agency. I understand this is in order to ensure accountability with the hours contracted and the worked actually performed, but what do I do when the agency is either unresponsive or giving false information? Ted did eventually respond, saying the itinerary had been updated but that they were considering "adjusting" the price due to the changes. Fair enough, but at this point I had already paid one of the buses an extra $200 for swapping a day in New Haven from a Monday to a Sunday (keep in mind this was something the Metropolitan agent told me wouldn't be a problem). Logistically, the first trip ran fairly smoothly despite some setbacks, the second trip however... I wound up not getting the driver's info from Metropolitan until the day of the pickup. I called him and, to my horror, found that he had been given a 47-seater bus (our group was 56 people) and it was too late to switch. When I asked why it wasn't a 56-seater, he said the 47 had been approved by (guess who) Ted Notis. I immediately called Metropolitan to complain, but also needed to act quickly since the group was about to clear customs and would need transportation. I decided to request two Lyft XLs to ferry the spillover participants over (@Metropolitan, I've also left numerous phone calls and emails asking to be reimbursed for this. Kinda figure it's the least you could do), but there was massive congestion in the ride share area that caused the second Lyft to arrive 20 minutes late. To make matters worse, this was a nighttime arrival in the middle of a heatwave in Boston, so the spillover needed to wait outside and did not make it to their rooms until well past 1 in the morning. In the midst of herding our participants, I also got a callback from a Metropolitan representative who said something about "number fluctuations in our group," to which I cursed them in anger, explaining that I had booked a 56-seater and thus expected a 56-seater. As previously mentioned, our drivers up to this point were generally reliable. Unfortunately this was not the case for the driver we had during the mobile portion of the itinerary. Although he was good with punctuality in the mornings and helpful with students, he really had a bad first day with the group, which included: -Entering the wrong address into his GPS making us late for our first activity -Displaying an obvious lack of knowledge for Boston geography, including traveling from BPG to MIT by taking the Mass Pike off of Newbury and going through Central square back down south to MIT (wtf?!) -Arriving 40 minutes late to pick up half our group eating lunch due to being unable to turn around -Getting PULLED OVER PULLED OVER by police on I90 for speeding -Taking 3 minutes to park correctly in an empty lot at our dinner stop When it became clear the driver didn't know what he was doing, I called Metropolitan, demanding they switch him for the remainder of the trip. After all, if this driver (whose bus company is based in Massachusetts) couldn't even navigate Boston, I had very little faith they could handle New York or DC. When they called me back, I spoke to someone named Jackie who seemed skeptical the driver was even pulled over since "the buses have trackers and can only go so fast." There's way more to that second trip, but I'm getting close to the character limit now. So, to recap: The Good: -Decent price -Reliable drivers for first session and parts of second session -Buses generally clean and suitable for group The Bad: -Literally everything else Not much more to say. Huge mistake! We booked them for an event that ended up being cancelled. They communicated with us about the cancellation and stated that we would receive a credit for our deposit since we were within the time frame of the cancellation policy. We cancelled in August. I have yet to see the refund of my deposit despite numerous emails being sent and voice mails being left. They have gone silent!! Do not book!! read more

I could absolutely not say enough bad things about this company. Horrible customer service from the start starting from the fact my booking agent was out of the office days prior to my trip and did not inform me. Day of, the bus was an hour late, and I did not receive a phone call from the company and each time I tried to call, they took a message and said they would call back. Then the bus broke down on the side of the highway. And to top it all off, the bus wasn't even there to pick us up after our event, despite the fact that we had paid and reserved the vehicle for the entire day. Awful customer service and terrible day-of service. I will never, ever think of using this company again. read more

DO NOT USE! If you want to get a one-way ticket to the Kentucky Derby and be left there, 5 hours away from school, then these people are the ones for you. 54 Notre Dame students departed for Louisville Kentucky on 5-7-2018, yet the bus driver, Napoleon, was already an hour late because of the immensely difficult conversion from central time to eastern time. Math is hard, so we let him pass on that. The real issue was their lack of the English language, in which they had trouble understanding where to drop us off and when to pick us up. Lucky for us we had a girl on the bus that was fluent in Spanish. On the way to the Derby there was an issue with the toilet so Napoleon took it upon himself to dump the septic tank on the side of the highway... I am no expert but that seems both illegal and against many sanitary/EPA regulations. When we arrived to the Derby we were instructed to leave our personal belongings on the bus, this included laptops and car keys. Yet after we returned from the days festivities we were left without a bus and without an explanation. Did Napoleon get lost? Of course not, he straight up ditched us in Kentucky. Apparently Napoleon was scheduled for another trip and if he were to pick us up the owner of the bus company would have to pay him overtime. So $100 in overtime or leave 54 college students stranded... of course this high quality boss chose to save a pretty penny and leave us. We were left in front of a strangers yard with limited clothing, sopping wet and with limited communication devices. The bus company would not answer our calls and continued to yell obscenities at us when they did pick up. Just high quality folks here. From here we had to uber to the Louisville airport and rent a car to drive ~4 or 5 hours back to South Bend after an exhausting day. Was this the safest play? No, but then again what options did the bus company leave us. This company is negligent and they display no sense of a moral compass. I am just happy that everyone is alive and well. Oh and to make it worse, they sent two woman to return our belonging in trash bags more than 24 hours after the incident. One woman attempted to run over a student in her car. I wish I was joking. read more

I had a question about refunds when I had to cancel a bus. They had quickly taken my money for the bus but when I tried to get some questions answered, they never responded to my half a dozen messages. Nor did they respond to a certified letter I had my lawyer mail to them. Something very odd about a company that is so reclusive. read more

I wish I could leave negative stars for this company. While I have been attempting to book a bus for transportation for our wedding, representative Cheryl Sun was completely unresponsive or unreasonably delayed in her responses. I took into consideration our first interaction due to the fact that I was a bit delayed in my response as we were deciding what company to use at the time. After two attempts to reach her to book she informed me she was on vacation during a certain period of our discussion. When asked if there was someone else that I could potentially deal with as I really wanted to lock down a bus for our date, I received no response at all (waited over two weeks). I would think as a company if someone was pushing to pay you a monetary value for your service you would jump at the opportunity. Maybe the company isn't bad as a whole, but Cheryl Sun is one of the worst sales representatives I have EVER dealt with. read more

Ruined Our Whole Event... We booked this company for a corporate event for our clients and museum owners from Smithsonian level museums. Awful. The bus was old, loud, dark, had a personal mobile device serving as Wi-Fi, had a shimmy in the steering, and the mirror literally broke off the bus making lane changes from DC to NYC treacherous. We specified the new bus and they sent the old one for our 4am start with no time to switch. HORRENDOUS. read more

We contracted for their shuttle to pick up our group of 12 in Savannah and transport us on the day before this past Easter Sunday to Charleston, SC. They were to appear on The Planter's Inn Savannah at 9am. They NEVER APPEARED and left me and my group STRANDED with no offer to help us. They breached their contract with us and I had to suffer the humiliation and lost future business due to their negligence. I later found out they'd sent their driver to The Planter's Inn in CHARLESTON! They sent me a partial refund of the $1188.75 in the amount of $424.35. If you don't want to get left without transportation, DO NOT USE METROPOLITAN SHUTTLE. We are now pursuing legal action against this company. read more
