Then he told me I needed to buy a new air conditioner that he said would cost $7000-10,000, but he is not a sales person. I paid him $250, even though I was told on the phone it would be $79. He ran and got in his truck and did not give a receipt and did not clean up the mess he made. I think he was very dishonest. He said his Dad taught him. It is still very Hot in my house. It was a waste to have him come and I should not have paid that much for 1 hour or less of work. I would not recommend this company!!

He cleaned out 30 feet of our kitchen piping that had caused both sinks to back up and stop draining (okay, I put too much of the wrong stuff in the garbage disposal the night before). Problem solved in about an hour. Then I asked him to check the laundry room drain that had been intermittently slightly backing up. Again, problem solved! Metro had originally stated that they could come out on Friday. I didn't want to wait that long, so I got on their list to see if they'd make it out on Thursday. I was contacted a short time later that someone would be out between noon and 4. Relieved, I got back to work. It was close to 3 when the nice young man arrived. I let him in and ge went right to work. Less than 30 minutes later, he'd cleaned out and tightened everything that caused the issue. The cost was $120. The team at Metro Heating and Cooling was able to bring someone over to diagnose the issue, then bring a team over and complete the install of a new furnace within one day, working until after 7 pm because they said they were not going to leave us without heat for a night. We are extremely grateful to their team and will definitely be going back to them for any future work we need!
