I showed up, filled out a patient form and was seen after a less than 5 minute wait. That has NEVER happened anywhere else! The ladies were so nice and patient. The gal helping me pick out my frames was very helpful in finding some for my face shape, coloring, and budget. It was so easy and I can't wait to pick up my glasses! The only negative? They're in Round Rock, but it was worth the drive!

No explanation was given. The doctor was nice and all. But I paid a $25 co-pay and paid $40 for the fundus photography. I called later and wanted to request the notes and photo and the front office lady that answered was extremely rude. She told me it would be like 5-7 day turn around and I explained to her that it was an urgent matter because the doctor saw something in the photo of her eyes and was looking up sickle cell and that I had a doctor's appointment the following day, so I needed the records. Even after I explained the urgency she said there were people in front of me also requesting records. Later that day she emailed me stating it would be $25 for the notes from that visit. I wasn't requesting complete records I just needed the notes from that visit so I could provide the doctor with the notes. I definitely will not be going back. This is highly unprofessional.

However, upon entry you are politely greeted. You are given a tray to put your glasses in. At each station around the wall there are glasses to put the ones you try on. They disinfect them after you try them on. I witnessed a worker doing so. They don't just spray them but really wipe the glasses with disinfectant really good. When buying they don't hassle you to get the most expensive lens. They tell you each feature. They let you decide. I've been to many eyeglass stores and felt pressured, but this spot I will come back. The selection was so good. They do have discounts which I took advantage of. I will update my review with pictures when my glasses come in. Estimated time 2 weeks. It only took two days for my sons glasses to come in and not two weeks. I'm still waiting on mine. So sad. So we went in for pickup and fitting. It was much busier than the day we picked out our glasses. Not a long wait about 5 mins. My son had some issues but it was just his eyes getting adjusted to the new prescription. The optometrist came and checked and verified the prescription matched and after a while my son eyes adjusted. I only could get pictures at home because he's a teenager and "no pictures" like he's some celebrity or something. Anyway so the pictures are from me sitting on the couch with his glasses. Still a 5 star review. One more update for when my glasses arrive.

Others were pretty booked with 5:30PM due to high demands. Dr. Mallory Lynch performed examination. I see reviews saying she's fast but in my perspective, she was being careless. She made statements that made me uncomfortable. She might sound friendly but what i personally felt was she tried to be smart. Overall, i would not really go back again and would strongly not recommend this place to others.
