However, one thing stood out to me. I noticed the manager walking around the restaurant, picking up plates, pouring coffee, and engaging with nearly every table. There were 24 tables in total, and while he made eye contact with us, he never came over to speak to our table. We were the only table that didn't receive that same interaction, as it appeared he had checked in with the other 23. While the food and atmosphere were enjoyable, hospitality is about making every guest feel seen and valued. A simple greeting or check-in would have made a difference. I'm not sure why our table was overlooked, but it was noticeable and left me wondering why we were the exception. I believe every customer deserves the same level of attention and hospitality.
